Went to Chenango Speech & Hearing to have my hearing aids checked out. Brian checked out the hearing aids and updated the programs and cleaned them. He also took the time to point out some of the features that I have that I didn’t know how to use. I was very pleased with the service and information that he passed along to me. Lynne is amazing! She checked our hearing aids. Explained a lot about our Starkey hearing aids we didn't know before. My husband and I (66 & 74 yrs. young) are getting our hearing aids info on our cell phones to adjust our hearing needs ourselves in between visits. So professional & so enjoyable!!

I had a basic hearing aids. They were good for 3 years but it was hard to understand speech from my wife, friend and at church. Watching TV I had to set up the volume to 40. I called Eric Freeman and set up an appointment. Eric asked what I wanted and I chose the best that he had. He update a hearing test, and molds for my ears. Two weeks later I had new hearing aids. I can program them using my cell phone. I can turn them up if needed or lower the volume if someone is speaking too loud. I recommend anyone who needs hearing aids to call Eric at Norwich speech and hearing.

Dr Horovitz and Becky are a joy to work with. My quality of life has improved 10 fold with my new hearing aids.

Best care you could ask for. Was able to get lots of referral information for specific hearing challenges. Got a caption call phone for free. Was able to purchase a fire alarm /alarm clock for hearing impairment. Great cost, fast delivery. Thank you for such wonderful care.

The good thing about the hearing center is the care and interest in you to make sure they are there to assist you with any problems or questions you may have. After you buy the hearing aids you are not sent out on your own. They want to make sure you are satisfied and your product is working well.

Dr. Horovitz is the most knowledgeable and competent person we have ever dealt with. My husband is severely hearing disabled and she has worked tirelessly to adjust his hearing aids so he can have the best hearing possible.

I was having difficulty hearing, but now thanks to the wonderful caring people at Chenango Speech and Hearing I hear great. I no longer miss out on parts of the conversation like I used to.
