I give Napa five stars I've had a business account with Napa for quite some time although recently I've had a little bit of an issue if people don't recognize me even if I give them my name I don't get a discount but I still give Napa five stars their prices have something to be desired I don't know if they're going through a management change but they're there and they're always there

Same guys for decades, who could be the face of the Napa brand. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and will do everything they can to get you what you need as soon as they can get it. Most times, it's in stock though, which is impressive in my opinion for a small market franchise.

Love my local NAPA. They're always eager to help you find what you need. Always stocked with needed seasonal items. I like going in to stock up on sale items. They do it right!

Napa is always the best auto parts store most knowledgeable staff that seems to have real mechanical experience. They have everything weather working on a classic or new day vehicle. It mean alot when you can walk in and ask about a part and the employee knows exactly what you are talking about even if you dont.

I've been going there for almost 20 years and mostly the same folks working there and they are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Still some of the same folks and some new faces but knowledgeable and helpful.
