Great selection of comfortable, well made shoes. Over the years I have bought shoes here for dress occasions, nursing job, and hiking. And happy with each pair. I have a hard to fit foot and feel lucky to have such a close by store that can accommodate.

This store is a real gem in Batavia. There is an excellent selection of good quality shoes. They actually measure your feet and make sure you're choosing the correct size. If they don't happen to have your size, they are happy to order it. There is also a decent selection of Darn Tough socks, and other quality hosiery. The customer service is stellar. I've purchased shoes 3 times from them, both for work and general use, and they have treated me respectfully and gave awesome customer service. Check them out!

Kevin and employee who assisted me were very helpful and knowledgeable about shoes. I liked that they measured my foot to get the correct shoe size. Kevin went above and beyond to be sure I was fitted with comfortable shoes.

Kevin provided the best shoe buying experience I've ever had. With non-standard shaped feet, shoe buying has always been an exercise in frustration, but this was great. I went looking for a few different styles and as Keven learned what felt good or not he made better and better recommendations. Great service and great selection!

Great selection of high quality boots, including American made brands. Service was excellent when I went during the holidays! They actually measured my feet, too. I bought a great pair of hiking boots and will definitely go back again for work boots.

The owner knows what he is doing. Today was my second pair of shoes from this store in the last couple years. Two different pairs, the snow boots I got a couple years ago have no signs of wear. I probably will continue to buy shoes here in the future, they might not have the selection of places like Famous Footwear but they have quality shoes.

Had a very pleasant buying experience. Went in looking for a multi use boot and was show quite a few boots. The salesman was very informative and knowledgeable on his footwear. I never felt pressured and was given all the time needed to make my choice. You'll be hard pressed to find a store like this that sells high quality boots within 25 miles of Batavia.

It's a great shoe store to get work boots and everyday shoes and sneakers. The service is wonderful. I'd recommend if you live in Batavia or the surrounding areas come and pay them a visit for a great experience and service with a smile.

We worked with Batavia Bootery (along with Charles Men's Shop) to provide the shoes (to match the suits) for our groomsmen in the wedding. Kevin from Batavia Bootery was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a wide selection of shoes and belts to choose from, but Batavia Bootery and Charles Men's Shop worked well together to coordinate the perfect outfit. The groomsmen loved that the shoes were stylish and comfortable, and loved that they had nice shoes to keep as a staple in their wardrobes! Most of our groomsmen were from out of town, and did not get to stop in until the day before the wedding. Kevin planned everything very well, had the shoes ordered well in advance after obtaining the shoe sizes, and everything went very smoothly. We would definitely recommend Batavia Bootery for your upcoming wedding, event, or even everyday shoes.

Nice to have a place closer to get good quality boots and shoes. Would be nice if they worked with the local businesses since the strive for buy local. Overall the staff was nice and helpful.
