The Sunset Motel

I've stayed here many times while fishing with Bill Saiff. Rooms are perfect, views are amazing, and Sherry is the best host you could ask for! Had a weather issue for fishing and shifted the entire trip on day later and she made it happen. She even texted us while there to see if we needed anything! Love this place!

A simple motel with a back deck right on the water! Beautiful views and relaxed vibe. Owner Sherry is lovely and super accommodating. You really want to stay here!

This is an awesome small hotel away from the hustle and bustle of big city. Great little get away spot drive your boat up to and park. There is NO place to park a boat trl. The parking lot is very small.

Recently stayed for 2 nights for my nephew's wedding. Room was nice comfortable and clean. Beautiful sunsets. Sherry was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

This was a dream stay. Right on the water! Sitting on the deck just watching the waves and boats go by! Very relaxing. The room was very clean, well decorated and a home feeling, updated fixtures in the bathroom. Would definitely visit again. (Side note: Sherry, clean the air filters regularly in the AC units. You will extend the life of the equipment.)

Sherry is great! Room is super cute and location is lovely. Fit all the needs of the trip. Sherry was so accomodating to me when I had a family emergency. Then on the back side of the trip accomodated my schedule again! We would come again!

I rented a room here over the winter in 2017. Stayed for 3 months. The rooms are literally hanging over the water. It was amazing to have the waves lapping underneath me as I would fall asleep. Henderson Harbor is really sleepy and quiet. I miss it there.

Nice cute rooms. Great lake views and balconies overlooking the lake. The people who were in contact with us over our accommodations were extremely nice

Beautiful room right on the water had everything we needed there was extra touches done and appreciated we had water pop corn muffins candy thing she don’t usually get anywhere else we had a beautiful clean room is very happy with it and I’m going to go back
