I'm not an experienced boater. My yearly boating is done exclusively on the Fulton Chain. The launch is less than 2 miles from our camp and dock site, so it is very convenient. The launch is always well maintained and has large access and parking areas. A concrete pad makes launching a breeze and the long dock handles several boats at once so you can launch, tie off and move out of the launch area. Very easy and convenient. All I can ask for.

Easy to get into water, the 2 DEC officers were friendly. No Parking signs weren't enforced so if you get there on a busy time...could be frustration city.

Easy to use, only enough space for one boat at a time to launch or come in. If you get there early enough you can park your car and trailer.

This is the best place in all of the Adirondacks. We come every year and the owners are extremely nice and great company. We love coming here and I have been coming here since I was very young and will continue to do so.

Free public boat launch, with access to 4th Lake and the lower chain. Be patient, as there can be a long line, but folks tend to help each other launch.
