I went to this place on Sunday with my friends. And I must say that I was delighted with my food, and so were my friends: affordable price, attentive and charismatic servers, and delicious food, although I’m not a burger person. The chicken wings were my favorite with the French fries. I will visit again. It's a must-try-out place, you won’t regret it. 10/10 🥰

First time coming, and will definitely be back. Recommended by friends and immediately checked out the menu and saw the burger of the month- the birria burger. It was huge, so much flavor and juicy. The cheese and birria sauce that came on the side made it even better. All burgers were perfectly cooked and had great combinations of ingredients. If you like garlic- the garlic fries are a must have! Good selection of beer and staff is incredibly nice and helpful. This place is worth a drive, and will slowly be going through the great sounding menu items.

The food is SPECTACULAR! This is the first burger place I have been to where my burger did not fall apart. I had the Spicy bbq burger with no bacon and it was amazing! My server was extremely beautiful and friendly. She was very attentive, I wish I got her name. She deserves a bonus. Great atmosphere.

Had the jalapeño popper burger with truffle fries. The burger was presented beautifully and was juicy with lots of flavors. Truffle fries were very good. The portions were nice size. We went around 5pm on a Saturday and had no wait. Service was very good.

If you're in the mood for a top of the line burger experience look no further. Burger box offers generously topped and seasoned creations with well grilled meat. And the bun is the real finale to this amazing creation. The bun holds well to all the toppings and almost serves as vessel to carry a big part of the burger thanks to a high cut of the brioche. We recommend the horseradish burger, the pastrami burger and the classic. Fries are well executed and come with different seasonings to choose from.

Listen! I need you all to understand something. These burgers are nothing to play with. Sure you can argue that they are a bit overpriced for a burger, but these are no ordinary burgers. No my fellow foodies! These burgers have been kissed by the good man upstairs. Double patty, toasted and soft buns, juicy, flavorful. So flavorful in fact that upon first touch of the tongue you will be transported to a world only known to others who have consumed these “PERFECT PATTIES” as Narnia! Now that we’ve covered the blessings this place calls a burger, let’s move onto there fries. Oh the simplicity of a fry, yet so easy to mess up. Not here! They are crisp, they are soft, they are perfect in every way a fry wishes to be. I don’t know what magical creature they have back there preparing the food but my hats off to you magical one. You have blown my mind in ways never imagined. I will most certainly come back here and bring more people to have the experience I wish to have again for the first time. Also if you can afford it (it’s only $6 bucks. You spend more on your Starbucks coffee), you can buy a round of beer for the magicians they call “chefs aka the owners” who make your food.

Food: delicious, well worth the wait. Don't come too hungry because it may take an hour+ from sitting down to eating your food. We were chomping at the bit by the time it all came out. Really fantastic burgers and fries, and a nice selection of cold drinks. A few hot drink options but it's certainly no café.

Service: the waitstaff is always moving around and busy and they do come check on you when they can. They were really pleasant regardless of the crazy running around and I felt taken care of.

Atmosphere: Place is cozy, small, and comfortable. Dark (black) and wood are the main colors in the restaurant so it makes all the colorful things like people's clothes really pop. Noise level is about average town diner to loud. It does have a sit down bar with sports on a screen. It's probably best that you don't come with more than a group of 4 people. Solo is fine too if you're coming through alone.

Well worth the 40 minute wait. Be aware when they are busy they have one small grill and it can take 45-55 minutes to get your order, be patient or don't eat there. It's so worth it the wait. Staff was super friendly and environment was cute and homey. My burger was the best I have ever had. I'm vegan and my friend isn't, I got the classic impossible burger on a vegan pretzel bun with vegan cheddar and vegan sauce. My friend got the pizza style burger. We each also got fires, everything was phenomenal. Love the vibes, love the food, 10/10

Food was absolutely amazing. HUGE burger and really tasty. Place is small and very cool. The server warned us up front that due to how busy they were there might be a little bit of a wait, but it really wasn't even that bad. I am so glad that I decided to stop in. Will definitely be back Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I go here all the time its by far our favorite restaurant and we have brought all of our friends, and they love it too.

The staff are incredible, and they are so kind and accommodating. Everything is delicious and their burgers of the month are so fun and creative. We came once and we’re totally hooked, this place is unlike any other. The perfect mix of laid back and fancy, and a great place for enjoying local food and beer.

Some of our favorite burgers to order are the Garlic Rosemary, the jalapeño popper, the Ruben, the Mac and cheese, the breakfast, and I’m sure I’m forgetting a few.

Our favorite fries are the truffle Parmesan and the hot honey sage.

Our favorite drinks are the lavender lemonade, the apple cider, the (seasonal) apple cider float, and the root beer float.

This place ticks all the boxes for me, I would 100% recommend it to anyone that was at all interested.

The best burger I’ve had in years. The burgers are ginormous and have the best bun I’ve had with a burger too. We were at Burger Box at a busy time so we had to wait a little while for the burger but good food comes to those who wait, it was well worth it. The service was great, the staff would come over to keep us updated on the wait for the food. We had our appetizer's to hold us over, do not over do it with the appetizer’s because with the size of the burger you will be over full by the time you finish eating. Plenty of parking in the rear so bring your appetite and don’t forget your bib!

I had a very pleasant experience. My waiter/tress was super polite & friendly. I had the horseradish cheeseburger & spicy Parmesan fries. My cheeseburger was savory & juicy. Portions are big & delicious.
The menu has an ample selection of beers, & burgers. The ambience is relaxing 😌& welcoming.

First time here, has the classic burger, but a Turkey burger. So good. The box sauce is excellent. Also had lavender lemonade. It has a unique taste to it. I wish the cup was bigger but it was good. Overall good food and service. Will be back.

The burgers and fries were so delicious the flavors made my toes curl! I got the horseradish burger and truffle parm fries. I also sampled my friend's rosemary onion and it was also mouth-watering. I can't wait to go back for more!

Absolutely great experience. My husband and I went here after a long hike nearby and it was the best thing to satisfy our hunger. We both ordered the Mac and cheese burger and the Parmesan Herb fries. The burger was massive and so juicy. The fries were so tasty and crispy. Would 100% recommend.

Burger Box elevated burgers to an art form. There were a number of ways to veganize the burgers on the menu. My husband and I ordered a vegan version of The Garlic Rosemary and The Horseradish and they were by far the best vegan burgers we have ever eaten. Not only did the burgers have double Impossible burger patties, but the toppings and the vegan brioche made an unbelievable combination. We also ordered the warm apple cider, regular fries for the table, and pasta for our daughter.

Although there was a little bit of a wait, our server, Stephanie, told us ahead of time to at there would be a wait, she checked in on us, and managed all the tables and customers on her own. While we waited, we played some games the restaurant had by the door and it passed the time relatively quickly.

We were just passing through New Platz on the way to Hurley and we were so happy that we stopped by Burger Box.

Had a great experience at Burger Box, food was as expected, fries were in point. Also nice beer selection, our server was great event though she was alone running the whole floor.

THE BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER EATEN!!!! The place is small, intimate, and very comfortable. The waitress was great. Highly recommend it!

Hats off to Burger Box! Hands down, one of the best burgers we have had in a loooong time. It’s a cute little place on Main Street in New Paltz. A simple menu that aims to please the (what else)
Burger lover. Ample choices without being goofy about it. Available in veggie or chicken versions for variety, too. Wines are available, though we didn’t look closely. Beers, dark to light are on tap, and there are many canned varieties to choose from. Friendly floor staff who do it all, from seating to checkout to cleaning/clearing the tables. Nice ambiance, with calm, no rush atmosphere.
