I love the new lobby. Service is great. I am glad I banked with them for the last 30 years.

All the employees are really great. I didn't think I would qualify for a consolidation loan but, I did. It was just what I needed to get me back on track financially.

The people who work there are very nice, helpful, and courteous.

I had a loan through Glen Falls, and they charged me a late fee, even though I had paid a massive amount ahead. It took me several hours, multiple calls, and many different people over the phone to get my late fee back. They have horrible customer service, and I would not recommend at all

2:07pm on saturday. They arent open. Not even the drive thru. Seriously ?!??

I put cash money in the ATM. Monday at 3:30pm the money is still not available. Its cash. You count it. Add it to my account. Nobody is saying it should be there at 8:01 monday morning. But by 3:30pm the following monday IT SHOULD BE.
Im sorry i ever got involved with this bank. You shouldn't definitely look at other options if possible.

I had money come up missing out of my account. Both my local office, and the main office refused to help sort it out.
