I love this place. The employees are so kind and knowledgeable. They made magic happen with a ring I wanted downsized. Everything I need, they can make happen. They have refinished and sized other jewelry for me. Highly recommended!

They are awesome, and customer service is second to none. They take care of their customers who purchased from them or another jeweler. They are the epitome of a hometown jeweler.

Reuschlein is a great business and has some fantastic people! I have met with John Paul a couple of times regarding my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding rings, and John took care of us every time! He helped us find beautiful rings (that we were able to customize to our liking) at a great cost. The process was smooth and he took care of us all along the way.

I went in to get a ring resized from a 7 to a 4. I said I needed it within 4 days and got it back the same day—polished, gems tightened, and coated. The actual cost was also less than what they quoted me for. Really amazing people!

I am from Wheeling, but visited the shop several months ago and fell in love! They have a beautiful selection and their ownership and employees are wonderful. We were just exploring Huntington and weren't in the market to buy anything, but when we left, I knew we'd be back. During the closure for Covid-19, I ordered cuff-links as a graduation present for my husband who was graduating from Marshall. They sent me photos of options, shared information, engraved my selection and shipped them to me very quickly. It was the best customer service that I've maybe ever received! Thank you so much!

Such a amazing establishment. They are always willing help. I've come here many times over the years and always have had the same great service. Today was no different. I usually come in for all my watch needs. Today went in to make a unusual request for single "pin" (like you find in watch bands) I needed one specific length. To replace one that had fallen out of my key fob. Long story short. Within 5-6mins she had gotten a pin to the exact size needed. Thank you so much again. You guys were a life saver today.

My husband bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands here. They are beautiful! A wonderful group of people to work with! Many years ago, the owner and his wife of CF Reuschlein’s gave my mother a bracelet for her high school graduation!! A wonderful family, too.
