Chops Grille & Tap House

I really enjoyed my dinner there; food was delicious and arrived quickly. My server Brandyn was top notch and very professional, definitely on a grade "A" employee. Will most definitely be going back.

Had my birthday dinner at Chops last night. The food was excellent. I had a salad with salmon and the salmon was cooked perfectly and delicious. My daughter also had salmon and loved it (she is 10). The server Marissa P was great and talked with all of the kids, which is always appreciated. They love to be included. Don’t sleep on the peanut butter cup pie. I only got a bite but it was epic. My dining companions also raved about the cheesecake. I had not been to this restaurant previously, but my friends said the renovations done are fantastic. I hope I’ll get to visit again soon!

This is my second time here since they reopened and I again have zero complaints!! They were kind of busy, so I expected a wait and that was not the case at all our server was amazing I had many questions about the menu and she helped me decide on the Shrimp Scampi so good I definitely recommend that. The two host at the door were extremely friendly, the restaurant was clean and inviting…I live local, so I’ll definitely be back and will request Jaydin every time she was such a funny and attentive waitress! Overall great job Chops staff!!

We attended a social gathering before it opens. There will be gambling in one section and only age 21 allowed in that area. The dining area is for all ages to eat. They are finalizing it all this. A soft opening this week. Close to i90 exit at Geneva exit. Clean as newly remodeled. Lots of tvs in the gambling area. Great sunset views from gambling room. Competitive prices on menu and drinks. Gambling has a security member on duty at all times. Handicap parking. I did not notice a wheelchair ramp. Nice restrooms.

Yesterday was my first visit since the reopening and I was not disappointed! First our server Marissa was awesome! Very personable, professional and provided fast, efficient service! Our food was very good!! My girls and I had the brisket mac n cheese (so, so good), flatbread pizza, burger with fries, fried pickles, chicken fingers and soft pretzels! Everything we had was delicious! Zero complaints! We will be returning customers!!👍👍

Brandyn was our server and was super helpful. He sang to our niece for her birthday and also was extremely nice and kind. We loved the chicken wings!

Chops is my go-to spot for delicious food and great vibes! Great selection of food to choose from and consistently flavorful and satisfying. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make every visit enjoyable, whether I'm dining in or grabbing a meal to go. If you're looking for a casual dining experience with fantastic food and fantastic service, this is a must stop in Geneva!

Patty, the bartender/server was great. we came in with a group of about 40 people, and she did not flinch. She took care of everything and was happy to serve us. I definitely recommend this place. Also food and drinks were excellent. They were very accommodating.

Denise was my bartender for tonight n let me tell you what she was the best I’ve had excellent service Denise and don’t let me forget about the other the servers/host (Marisa)and cooks (Jeff) they were amazing..) some of the best around . Chops grill n tap house as the best prices, food, and most importantly the service. The whole staff did great!

This is the second time in the past 2 weeks we have dined here. Soooooo much better than the previous Chops restaurant. We had a large party tonight and an array of dishes were ordered. None disappointed. Only one disappointment was the key lime pie, too sweet and had meringue which is not a thing on true key lime pie. Otherwise, everything was top notch.

Excited to try a new dining option in the area. Alyssa C our server was excellent. Above and beyond to accommodate special requests/needs. Ribeye dinner (I do love a good steak) cooked just as ordered and flavorful. Baked potato OK. I didn’t feel it was baked fresh that day - seemed reheated - but edible. Salad HUGE!! Price reasonable, atmosphere pleasant and clean with Christmas music. Welcome to Geneva! Merry Christmas and see you again.

My second trip here and very impressed both times. This time I ordered the smash burger and it was beyond impressive.
Out waitress Rachel was very friendly and attentive. I give it 2 thumbs up and will be back.

We enjoyed the food very much. We had a smash mac and cheese burger with fries, and a steak with salad and brussel sprouts. The food was generous and satisfying. Our server was courteous and attentive, but we did not catch her name. She had a tattoo of 444 on her arm. Good luck on that path!

Marissa P was our waitress for lunch. She did an amazing job. Our food was delicious and drinks never ran out.

Try the pickle pizza!

Came for lunch with my wife and we had a wonderful experience. Our waitress was Rissa who was friendly and attentive. My wife had the Reuben sandwich which she loved and I was blown away by the Philly steak sandwich I ordered. It was a feast for the eyes upon it's arrival at our table, I should have taken a picture. My hope was that it tasted as good as it looked and it did not disappoint. The steak meat was tender and tasty. The peppers and onions were sauteed perfectly. Someone in the kitchen knows what they are doing. If they keep this up Chops will be the go-to restaurant in the area. Can't wait to come back for more.

The food was excellent, the staff was spectacular. Very clean Restaurant. Our server Marissa was fabulous. Great attitude as we called her. The little Italian girl. I have a food allergy, and they made sure that I did not get what I was allergic to.

We met new friends from Erie at ChopsOhio on a rainy, wintry day since it was the perfect 1/2 way point and very easy to find. Our server Brandyn was friendly, personable and he efficiently served our DELICIOUS food! Each of the 4 of us ordered something different and we all loved our meals! I had a club sandwich on toast and fries, served in a mini-fryer basket and prepared my favorite way: skinny, pretty crispy and with the skins on! YAY! I also liked that they were already lightly salted. The others had the Reuben, salmon and a smash burger.😋 Prices were all very reasonable. Sorry we didn’t take any food photos. Our food was already gone before that occurred to me. Thank you! We WILL be back again!

Awesome sit down restaurant. Kudos to the chef , Steak well seasoned, and the smash burger had a medley of flavors . Our waitress Marissa P was friendly, very knowledgeable of the menu and kept the beer coming . Will be back and will ask to sit in Marissa P’s section .

Happy to see this open again! My food was good, my service was great. Our server, Shalise, had a bubbly personality and took great care of us. Wish the menu was a little larger & the seating was chubby girl friendly though. Can’t wait to give them another visit… I hope we get the same server.

My family and I went to Chops for dinner and the food was great! Steak was cooked perfectly and my husband really liked the Lobster Gnochi! The service was awesome. Server Marissa P was excellent. She was attentive and made the experience there great! 👍
