Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I had a last-minute change of heart for a sweet birthday surprise. They had everything I needed and got me in and out in a flash! Great service and the ice-cream cake was a hit. So, win-win for me.
I wouldn't hesitate to do it again!

Best DQ so far that I've been too, can get busy fast. However worth the wait. Also love ordering ice cream cakes here when I can.

Burgers are fantastic! Service was great. Clean store. There wasn't much toppings on my banana split though. They have definately cut back on toppings to save cost I guess.

Nothing special about getting blizzard,especially when it wasn't the right flavors. Three times I told her chocolate icecream first...and still got vanilla.

Didn't get exactly what I ordered, but it still tasted good! We stop there frequently when we are in Elyria, usually just for ice cream, but I have eaten there several times, and it's always good.

I/we stopped by to get some food and the staff was just recovering from a power outage.... Everyone was scrambling to get things going and I expected to wait at least 20 minutes for the food.( which I had no problem waiting for) got our food in 5 minutes and everything was great. Thanks to the staff, great job.

I havent tried the food yet , but it smells good when i come through so must taste good.. but, the ice creams are well done and yummy! When i say well done i mean its not sloppy nor super melted like other places and it tastes yummy! I have seen this place have a long enough line through window lane but, its always pretty fast service goes by pretty quick unlike mcdonalds lines lol.. and ice cream machines always working 😆 if you know what im trying to say LOL but, Love this Dairy Queen its always my go to with my kids for ice cream! 😁

Wonderful fast and friendly service. Window cashier even took time to greet my daughter who had window open in backseat. Made her day!

We placed an order on DoorDash tonight. I got a call a long while later asking if we’d received our order, which we hadn’t. It turned out that somebody had stolen our order under the guise that they were a dasher. Even though the restaurant was now closed, the manager remade our order for us and our dasher still brought it. Very good customer service at it would have been understandable to say they were closed and couldn’t help us. Thank you DQ team 😁

I love that they serve regular food late though the staff always seems over it. The wait is typically longer than expected but the food is always good.

The Flamethrower Burger...can't beat it!!!! Then a Blizzard to cool things down...my favorite combo!!!!! The staff always seem happy which is amazing.

Had one of their new blizzards and it was delicious. Shared a large with my girlfriend and it was the perfect amount.

I used to eat at this Dairy Queen all the time as a kid and loved it. I went there to pick up eight, $6 lunches for my students. It was a crazy order with all of the kids wanting different drinks, ice cream flavors and toppings. DQ did not mix up one order and they filled it WAY quicker than I imagined. They even helped me carry my order to the car. The kids loved the food. It was a flawless experience! Thank you to the wonderful staff!
