Dr. Matos quickly recognized my anxiety and reassured me with her empathetic approach. Normally, I dread dental visits, but my recent experiences with her have significantly alleviated my fears. She expertly repaired my dental appliance and teeth, resulting in a noticeable improvement that has kept me from needing frequent visits. Additionally, the staff at the front desk are welcoming and accommodating. The office itself is beautifully and spaciously designed, making it one of the most impressive dental offices I've encountered. It’s genuinely a great environment.

It was my daughter's first dentist appointment. She is only 2 and they were fantastic with her. They talked about what they were doing and let her engage in the appointment. I was able to stay with her the entire time. She wasn't scared and actually enjoyed the visit. Everyone was so accommodating and nice.

Absolutely incredible dental care! I get extraordinarily anxious about seeing a dentist and I switched to Arrowhead because of their great reviews. I had my wisdom teeth removed at their facility and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Kudos to Dr. Nicolas and her assistant Nichole for making me so comfortable and doing a phenomenal job. Today was my first time going to Arrowhead Dental and I was very impressed. Everyone there seemed genuinely happy to be there. I was welcomed in with a gift bag and all the staff had smiles on their face. I originally made an appointment for X-rays and a check up but the doctor was nice enough to squeeze in a cleaning for me. If you’re looking for a new dentist you can’t go wrong with Arrowhead.

Where do I even begin?!?! There is a reason I drive 40 minutes from where I live to get my teeth cleaned, that reason being the amazing service I receive from the moment I walk through the door to the moment I leave. From the receptionists, to the hygienists and everything in between, Arrowhead Dental is the absolute best. I used to have dental anxiety and went years without going to the dentist. My husband referred me to Arrowhead and from that moment, I actually look forward to my appointments and having my teeth cleaned. I saw Sarah today and enjoyed my time in the chair. She is super sweet and makes you feel comfortable. The entire office is clean, comforting and they have top notch amenities, from the warm towel to a chapstick! Thank you Arrowhead Dental for being THE BEST!!!!

I just completed my regularly bi-annual scheduled dental exam and cleaning. Alyssa (dental hygienist) was absolutely superb. She was very diligent and meticulous in her cleaning and exam services rendered. In addition, she was also very polite, courteous, and on schedule. Therefore, I highly recommend both Alyssa and Arrowhead Dental Associates for anyone that is looking for a new Dental provider.

Arrowhead Dental is not only a beautiful facility, but the staff there are top notch. Your appointment truly feels like a luxury experience, not JUST your typical routine dental cleaning. Sarah Scotto is my hygienist and she is extremely thorough, gentle and knowledgeable. She is personal and makes you feel at home during your short stay. I could not recommend them enough!! 👏🏻

Top tier dentist. I drive out of my way an hour to go here for the exceptional service. On top of the gorgeous, relaxing atmosphere, the staff is so welcoming! Technology is top of the line and I felt like I was making decision about my oral health with the team, rather than being told what to do without a say. I recommend 100%!

I have been a patient at Arrowhead for the past 20+ years and I cannot say enough about how amazing every person who works at this establishment is. I recently had an emergency with a crown and was in unbearable pain. Arrowhead got me right in to Dr. Gouin and he and his dental assistant Heather were able to provide relief immediately. Their professional but friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease and I was feeling better within the hour. I cannot recommend Arrowhead enough. They are the best dentists, hygienists, and office staff I have ever encountered.

I have been going to Arrowhead for many years. I have extreme anxiety at the dentist, yet when I go there, I am always treated with kindness and understanding. They always have options to help calm me and make my experience as comfortable as [possible. I would highly recommend to all.

I had an amazing experience this week and felt the need to share. In a bit of an emergency the office was able to take me in and treat my condition. The first thing that I noticed was the smiles and postive energy at the front counter. I have had the opportunity to train corporate customer service for more than 20 years, so I hold those values closely. Not only did they meet my practical needs but my personal needs were met as well. The entire staff provided empathy and a sense of urgency. Dr. Brendan and Jillian were a wonderful team who exceeded my expectations. I felt comfortable and assured that I would be treated with the best of care. Dr. Brendan took his time with explaining the diagnosis and provided the calm that most patients would require. I truly can’t thank the staff enough for making me feel valued and for treating me in such a timely fashion.

I had the delightful experience of having dental work done today by Dr. Matos and her assistant, Samantha. Both were very friendly, which helped to put me at ease. Dr. Matos very gently and informatively explained every step she was taking to prepare and remove a cavity. She was very cognizant of any pain I might have in the process and helped to prevent that. She cleaned out all the debris and then filled the cavity expertly. I no longer have to worry about an infection in my tooth, and can look forward to my next dental visit, knowing I will be well taken care of!
I also want to thank Naoemi and the other receptionists for the care and concern and especially their friendliness and thoroughness for my dental needs! You smoothed the path to an appointment I really needed!! Many thanks!!!
