Had a great experience today at Pats Power. Tim guided me to find the best backpack leaf blower for my needs. He showed me how to operate it and answered any questions I had. Great customer service and products, highly recommend! You can tell they really care about each of their customers.

Tim helped us with our season tune up of our ride on tractor. His communication and timeliness was unmatched. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in RI for small engine service. He even took my son for a tractor ride on one of their big tractors. Tell all your friends and family to go see Tim at Pats Power.

Then when I met him, we realized I had taught his daughter years ago and we already had a connection. But, that didn’t change his advice-he was already treating me as a valued customer and friend! The tractor is perfect for my yard and I am thrilled with the outcome!

Just bought a Dr 26 inch brush mower from Pat's. These guys had it all set up and delivered out to Block Island for me. We got it Thursday and put it to work! Cleared three time what we did all last year without this machine, in one weekend. Solid DR work horse with honda 10.5 engine and solid service from Pat's. Thankyou you for the prompted delivery, even out to Block Island. Stellar service. Will be back for parts and
maintainance.

Highly recommend Pat's Power. I worked with Tim before the winter season and let him know that I was in the market for a snowblower. Given the size of my driveway and knowing my needs, Tim led me to a great single-stage Toro snow blower. Perfect size, great price, and great customer service.

We bought our zero turn mower from Pat's two years ago. They have serviced the mower for the past two seasons. They are very professional and timely with their service. The office has let us know the days for pick up and delivery, and they have been very prompt. The service has been wonderful and gas kept our mower in perfect running order.

I've always had great experience at Pats Power Equipment. Fair pricing, experience techinans. And I've always been delt with in a thoughtful way. My most recent experience they took the time to research the discontinued parts for mower, and effectively repaired it. It's never run better!! Even though there not the closest, I will always return to Pats for all my mower needs!

Pat’s has a great customer-focused sales culture and they all truly know their product. Dave helped me out with selecting a brushcutter, and as a new homeowner he took a truly consultative approach to getting me set up with the right piece of equipment. I’m a bit of a rookie when it comes to power equipment and they didn’t take advantage of that: just made sure I left with the right product. Very satisfied. Clean shop, lots of help, and plenty of product in stock. I’ll be back for more.

Excellent. Bruce Fisher, the repair technician repaired my snow blower which had caught fire. Through his diligence the blower was repaired with a new engine through the warrantee, and returned to service in less than two weeks better than new. Pat's Power with Bruce surpassed my expectations as being an infrequent customer. Great communications. Highly competent in providing an excellent repair. Very helpful.
