This company is great to work with. My pump was failing in my well and I called. I expected a few days before they could come out but to my surprise they rearranged their schedule and came right out. They worked efficiently as a team and got the job done. Very pleasant to work with.

Tamala took care of our downstairs faucet replacement. She is fabulous and very professional. Took out the old faucet that had to be replaced and came back to install the new one after I'd bought it. Stedman & Kazounis are our go to place for plumbing repairs.

We had no water - Stedman was there for us! Chris and Kyle came out at 4pm on a frigid Friday night and solved our problem. They were able to get the pipe thawed safely, with NO damage, replaced the failed heat tape, reinsulated and reinstalled. We are very grateful for their prompt, friendly and professional service. Large well organized support staff. Scheduling is done by a dedicated person. Separate departments for billing inquiries etc. Nice to deal with a larger company like this that is still locally owned and operated and not part of a chain.

Our hot water heater broke and we had water all over our basement on a Saturday.... I called 15 minutes after it happened, I got a call back in 10 minutes and the plumber was at my home in 20 minutes..... the job was completed in about 2 hours! Great, responsive service.... We HIGHLY recommend them!

Fast friendly and efficient!

The office manager made a clerical error and sent our bill to an address that we not only did not live at but not the address where service was completed. Once we got the bill we paid it immediately. She claims her clerical error is our problem and now does not want to do business with us and wants us to pay a fee. When I disagreed with her she screamed at me from the top of her lungs. Plenty of businesses out there that do what this company does. One bad egg in the business can bring a business down.
