Our school reached out to Mark for a quote because we like to keep our business local whenever possible. We were in desperate need of a new projector, screen and sound system. Our gymnasium has some ambient light and it's been a challenge to share presentations that are bright enough for our audience. Mark suggested a grey screen and system to meet our needs. Mark was fair, reliable and did a great job with installation too. We ended up getting it over Christmas break which was quicker than we originally thought. The screen is now so bright that we don't even need the lights off! Thank you to Mark and his team for this great addition to our school.

The Prout School had Mark with South County Sound and Video install a sound system and camera system at the school on the new turf field. We are extremely happy with the systems he put in and appreciative of how Mark assisted with recommendations for our needs, set up a timeline for installation, and assisted our staff with how to use the new equipment. Mark has also been available for support after installation.

Mark and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with! They installed a complete WIFI network, Cable TV and Sonos Sound throughout our new custom home in Wakefield. They also provided and installed 5 new wall mounted TV's. The workmanship was great!! Everything was installed on time and they were very helpful assisting us with the operation of the systems. I was moving to a new place and needed help not only buying a new television, but also moving my entire Sonos sound system to the new place and hooking it up to the new television. Mark and his assistant John made the entire transition seamless-helping me pick out a new fantastic Samsung, unhooking the old system and then taking it all to the new place. John then did follow up with me when the speakers weren't working correctly and came back to fix it! I know my system was easy and uncomplicated, but they still treated me like a good customer. I recommend them!

Mark and South County do excellent work. I highly recommend them for any audio/visual project. Mark has done all the work at our house since we bought it 15 years ago. We have done at least 6 projects with Mark and would never consider calling anyone else. He did an excellent installation in retrofitting the existing house and recently in designing and installing systems in an addition. He designs systems that are practical,usable and high quality.

Mark knows his stuff! I have had Mark wire two homes for full AV and he has maintained both places for over ten years. Does great, clean work and recommends terrific equipment combinations for any sized budget. One home has a full theater setup and it literally competes with the best of commercial theaters in terms of sound and total video immersion.
