BEST post office location and staff I have ever experienced. WONDERFUL employees, who go out of their way, each and every day, to serve thousands of people. I have over 20 years of interactions with this location and NEVER once have I been dissatisfied!

I go there all the time and the people working there are smart and very friendly. Even when it's tax day, they work so hard and are patient. Be nice to them and they are nice to you. 5 stars!

Times very good service... Can backup, the windows

On the fence on whether I should give this place a good rating, or a negative rating. Most of the time I pick a time where the staff, clerks and people are friendly and helpful. However, Melissa, the other day was bipolar. One minute she was saying, "have a blessed day," and the next minute she escalates and jumps down someone's throat for asking for tape for their pre-printed label. "I have emails telling me I am not allowed to give out tape. Nothing is for free at the post office, you have to pay for everything," she says. She even offered to the guy, to talk to her boss. Her words, "You can talk to my boss. He's a "joy", for sure." I think her boss's name was Josh. Honestly, it sounds like the people who work here are treated like dirt, and they have a chip on their shoulder because of it. Honestly, the postmaster, Kerry J Dean, should do something here. It borders on abuse to their employees and to the customers who get the brunt end of it.

ugh I sell on etsy and twice shipped about 10 packages that were prelabeled/prepaid. They have huge bin you put prelabeled/prepaid items in. Each time there were several items that arrived to the buyers broken. I do this every week, so although I am aware they could have broken at other stops, they were going to different parts of the country and the one thing they all had in common was this post office. One box of Corningware was completely smashed. I have never seen anything like it. Every once in a while when I ship from other post offices, one or two items every three or four months might arrive broken, so this was definitely not normal. The folks at my post office in Warwick are really nice, why so surly at this office? I also ship from Franklin, where I work and they are SO FRIENDLY! Franklin also has a bin and it's very rare that something is broken that is shipped from that office. I pay a ton to wrap in bubble wrap and packing peanuts so they must have really done a number on my packages. Hateful.

Line of 8+ people at 130pm, which is expected. Only 1 person working. After waiting for almost 10 minutes with the first person in line still not done I had to leave and go to another post office as I was running there on my lunch break.

1 star.. Had to mail out a package to my sister and the heavy set lady at the front desk couldn’t be bothered. Very bad attitude problem every time I go in to drop a package off.. perhaps a manager would like to have a word with this woman.. I will go out of my way from now on to ship my sisters gifts across the street at the UPS store. Much better customer service over there…
