The community yoga beach classes are AMAZING!

I love to practice outdoors, in nature, with the fresh air and sound of the waves crashing on the shore.

The teacher, Michael, was very knowledgable and spent many years in India which is quite evident in his teaching.

Definitely recommend these classes.

I have been associated with Community Yoga RI for 4 years now as one of their teachers. It is an incredibly great group of teachers committed to making a difference in their community one person at a time at an affordable cost. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. Each teacher is experienced and has a little different style with makes it interesting and provides different ways to explore and discover the asanas and the philosophy based on their individual practice. Each teacher meets the student right where they’re at from beginner to advanced, so you can slow it down or heighten your experienced based on your practice. Whether you enjoy practicing in the studio, online or at the beach, the classes are a win-win!

Yoga sessions are great! Teachers are very skilled and patient. They are explaining everything on the go and make you advancing really quickly. Sessions are accessible to all abilities.
I feel so good after each session, can’t wait the next one!
