Great food and great service. My mom, grandma, and i stopped in on our way to Ruidoso for our early mothers day trip and had the best authentic pizza we had in a while. Definitely check them out you wont be disappointed

Che palle! (keh PAL-leh)!! The meaning is so funny met the owner great guy! 1st timer: They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas. I loved my salad yum … Staff members are super friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is kept clean.

We went to eat at Che Palle the other day after visiting Lincoln and we were pleasantly surprised! There is a patio, a cozy indoor dining room, and for those who are not patient while the food cooks, there is a chess board! We had the veggie pizza, which sadly was one of two veggie options, but it was very good! Our friends had the Reuben sandwich, pepperoni pizza and the gumbo and they loved their meal! Our server was also fun and took good care of us. Would definitely recommend!

Great spot to grab a salad as the vegetables all seem garden grown bursting with flavor, the pies are always great, but a gentleman was raving about the special fish and chips. Who would have thought in Capitan NM?

When visitors are at old Lincoln Town, Fort Stanton Historic Site or here in Capitan at the Smokey Bear Historic Site, and it's time to eat, this one of four restaurants in Capitan.

This is a pizza and sandwich restaurant and food is absolutely excellent. Location is at the western end of the Village on U.S. Highway 380, which is the main road through the Village.

I was googling the spelling of an Italian curse word (very mild)and found this restaurant. Im planning a trip to NM next year and I'm going to make an extra stop to check this place out- looks like an great menu!

Yummy gluten free pizza with a nice crispy crust. Salad was amazing! Excellent service with a smile.

Best food in the entire Ruidoso area, if you ask me. Handmade sandwiches on French bread and the pizza is divine. Amazing cookies too! To top it off the service by Hannah is excellent. Truly a 5 star experience in this small unassuming building on the side of the road.

I understand 5 stars on all topics is kinda strange but here me out.

My truck broke down with a blown tire on Sat 10 22 23 and I needed me some good ole supper on 10 23 23 so I called up and a Miss, Hannah (sorry if I butchered that spelling) answered and gladly took my order to go. Now I walked my 1.5ish according to google miles from where i was parked to this strange little restaurant and I guess I surprised her cause I got 2 very random extra chocolate chip cookies.

I orderd a large Hawaiian pizza and a philly cheese steak. As of wrighting this a 0000 cst I have not eaten the phiilly but once I got back to my semi the Hawaiian was ABSOLUTLY GREAT!!! I will be having the philly for breakfast while my tire gets fixed tomorrow though.

My order was like $34.77, I found it very reasonable especially with the location of this town and just the general times we are in. Trust me I eat very rarely our but I notice the prices when I do traveling the country.

Staff was very friendly and quite interested in the fact I walked to get my food. Anyhow if I ever do get the chance to venture through this town again I will definetly stop in and grab something.

Made from scratch food, it was all delicious! Mick and Renee are phenomenal hosts and their staff are just as wonderful. A new regular spot for me for sure. Renee's baking is top notch and I will go in for newbies every time. Her street corn with corn cooked on the grill is an amazing must! 👏

This place is great. Delicious pizza, fun atmosphere, friendly staff. They even gave us a free peanut butter cookie and that is great because now I don’t have to share with Emily!

Wow-best pizza ever (and I’ve eaten a lot of pizza in my lifetime!). We had friends tell us the same thing and that we must go while we are in town. So glad we did! The restaurant has great decor and our waitress was so sweet! Worth the drive in from Ruidoso for sure!!

Came into town for a softball tournament in Ruidoso in between games I stopped by this restaurant and let me tell you the experience here is just as good as the food. I had the Meat lovers pizza and I wish my stomach could hold more than the 4 pieces I ate. The waitress was honestly the best I've ever had hands down, she was on top of everything all the while training a girl who was new. As a first time customer she gave me a cookie that was amazing that the cook makes fresh. If you're in the area I would recommend checking this place out even if it's a bit of a drive for you, do yourself a favor and make the drive. I'll be coming back every time I'm in town, hell I'll probably go back tomorrow before I head back home.

Best pizza anywhere. Try the gluten-free crust with white sauce and you will not be disappointed.

We found this quaint cute place near the Smokey the Bear museum. Excellent fresh hot pizza. Friendly service. Cool decor and great music inside. The signage is kind of hard to find but definitely worth stopping by. Recommended!

Have tried a few places for pizza and this has my vote for the best so far.
Fresh ingredients, great and original flavors. Amazing desserts too. Worth the drive from Ruidoso.

Chepalle's Pizza and a very great menu are in Capitan, New Mexico, about 19 miles north of Ruidoso on Highway 48. They have the very best pizza I have ever tasted, it's their very own recipe. I have a close friend from Pennsylvania, he's an Italian thru and thru, he loved it. Did l mention best salad and home
