Country Pride

We’ve lived nearby for years, finally stopped in for breakfast yesterday. We will definitely be back. Food was yummy, servers were attentive, and good size portions.

Want to stop for a great breakfast? Stop at Country Pride. Our server Linda was friendly and super efficient. And the food was delicious and big enough to see you running all day. The bathrooms are clean. Since is next to a Travel Center gas station, you can do one stop for your needs for on the road. Also try their Salt Water Taffy!

Clean place, good service, comfort food. Breakfast for two was $33. We were also offered free coffee to take with us.

Came in for a meal that avoids carbs, against road weariness, and was quite happy with my bacon, cheddar, and mushroom omelet and a side salad substituted for the hash browns. The plating made me go get my camera; nods to this Saturday-afternoon cook!

We had a great time here and the food was excellent. Everything from chopped steak to corned beef hash to eggs to hash browns hit the spot. The staff were also extremely friendly. The food came out in a reasonable time frame. Also, if you like fudge, get some of the stuff here - it's wonderful.

You know, for truckstop food I've never been disappointed with my order & this Country Pride was up to standards. The staff was polite & engaging, the food tasted great, came out quickly & was hot! There is always enough seating so if you need a couple extra minutes before getting back on the road they don't mind.

Our breakfast was delicious. Our waitress was cheerful and attentive. A good place to pull off the highway for a homemade breakfast. They do give a big portion of food! It will fill you up!

Great restaurant for a truck stop. One of the last few country prides it seems that remains nowadays. Home made chocolate fudge they still offer is always delicious! I always have to grab some when I am here. The place is clean and the female servers are nice.

The country pride restaurant is adequately staffed and very reasonably priced. I purchased a ribeye steak dinner with mushrooms, onions, a fantastic stuffed baked potato and a salad that was loaded with tomato, cheese and a unique thousand Island dressing.

Often cooks will over cook the order. I ordered medium rare ….and medium rare it was!

These are hard times and often the servers can be rude or in attendance. This server was Jennifer B…. And Jennifer be incredible! She seem to instantly recognize what I wanted. She brought me the excess cerise without ado. She was surprisingly knowledgeable and helpful in several aspects of navigating the region. He did everything including the cleaning, hostess, Candy marketing, and advice.

I had purchased several items in the store and they were in smaller sacks. Jennifer asked me if I’d like to consolidate my bags and do one large plastic bag. It was 4° outside and caring a plastic bag instead of four or five small paper bags is more than a convenience. She was one of those rare people that was so helpful we are all grateful for meeting her.

I would definitely recognize this restaurant as being one of the best in terms of value, Quality of food, and chefs …. Chefs that prepare the food exactly As the customer specifies it was truly a wonderful experience

Husband and I split the Long Haul breakfast. We paid extra for loaded hashbrowns. Everything was great! Eggs cooked as ordered. So much foodwe couldnt eat it all. Service was nice and fast. We will eat here again if We come through!

The food was quick and tasted great! Our waitress was very nice and patient as well!

Loved it! Everytime Charles the manager has really stepped it up a notch since he came into the picture. They never seem to run out of candy just needs to be open later then 8pm I think. Overall great experience!

The staff is always friendly here, it’s about the same 5/6 people who work here because you always see the same places, while they do need more staff they are always friendly and apologize if sometimes things take too long ! One of my favorite places to eat at limon, only place you can sit down and the booths are already cleaned! And not covered in syrup and trash.

I have several food allergies which make finding food I can eat without getting sick a challenge! They were very accommodating! I was able to eat a delicious, balanced, DAIRY FREE, GLUTEN FREE, PORK FREE AND SALT FREE meal! Linda, our server, and the cook did an amazing job!! 😀🤗💕

The food was very good and the service was great! Every person was very helpful, friendly and courteous! I got the ribeye dinner with the corn chowder soup and it was delicious! The ribeye had a really good grill flavor and was cooked perfectly! My sister got the country fried chicken dinner with the corn chowder and also really enjoyed it! I had a bite of her country fried chicken and it tasted delicious as well! Thank you guys for your service and running the restaurant so well! It was also very clean and the taffy and fudge at the connecting shop is really good as well! ❤😁

I am a traveler who happened to be traveling later than usual. I came to the country pride as they were getting ready to close up. Approximately 10:30pm or so I asked the waitress the closing time. And she told me 11 and welcomed me, I told her I could go somewhere else not trying to disrupt any part of her night. However she insisted I stay and eat. She made me feel so welcomed. even at 10:30 she made me feel that I was not opposing. Food was good and hot and so was my waitress. Jennifer was impressive and was the first waitress ever that just... .. WOW... ... never was my drink empty and she was such a sweetheart! Hope to see her next time im in town!
