Patty from Lincoln County Reality was terrible. Her response remains false and only proves her to be a liar and certainly not ethical.

I am happy to post screenshots of your texts and the contract that holds you and your representatives responsible for the cost of the 5 trailers of trash that were left here. As well as pictures of your car full of things you thought valuable and removed without anyone's permission. That is why your representatives had to pay thousands in trash bills.

Happy to post pictures and screens shots if you want to continue to push your lies and unethical practices. Admit you made a mistake and apologize and folks might me forgiving. Continue to sell your untruth and I will post every conversation as well as the contract which you lied about.

I wouldn't buy water from these guys if I was thirsty! How they have failed to be arrested or shamed out of town is beyond comprehension. Stay far far away from these cons!

Called to see property in capitan all she wanted to do was ask me how I'm paying. Lol. Typical ppl now a days. Rude and wanted my DNA or blood work. Told her money is not your worry I can handle it any way I want. Began to tell me how it can't be financed. At this point knowing there are couple places to finance commercial on this type of property. Also I have commercial lender and line of credit..... lol. Or pay cash. Never wanted to meet my needs just worry about her has money and time.... so I called zia in ruidoso Kelly and wrye got me right in. What a waste move on get someone on your team not trying to put you under their microscope. I own 2 property one in capitan and 1 in t or c. I will not be saleing mine through you or look at offer if you represent the buyer.
