Acapulco Bay

The menu here is huge! There are options for every appetite and craving. The inside is surprisingly spacious and well setup. The service is fast and courteous. They serve all day breakfast with pages of options. This was a pleasant surprise. I was able to have breakfast, dinner and dessert all in one plate with the banana split waffle. It was fantastic! This place is definitely worth checking out.

Consistently awesome. Love the updated look. The breakfast burritos are still my absolute favorite. A little extra Tabasco on top, and it is just wonderful. Rarely a wait. Good service. Fairly priced. Bar looks to be pretty well stocked, if that's your thing.

Just had one of the best meals ever. I had a fajita bowl and my husband had gorditas, as an appetizer we had bacon wrapped, jalapeno peppers.DELICIOUS. Our server was very polite and friendly, great service too. If you are ever travel through fort Morgan, CO, stop in. We have found a new place to stop on our travels.

Absolutely love this place. If you come to Fort Morgan and need something to eat, I recommend the new spaghetti and meatballs, and the bucket of crab legs. 10/10 would come again.

Came here for lunch and had the steak and eggs. Very good tasting steak. Came during week so place was very quiet. Service was good and quick. Fanciest looking steak and eggs ive ever had.

They have a very nice menu with all sorts of foods. Very neat and clean with a large selection of Tequilas.

Best Horchata I've ever had. (Horchata is made from white rice juice) the service was awesome and the food was great.
We had menudo and it was great, not to mention fresh!

This place has great food, wonderful staff, and their delivery service also a plus.

Good food.. different atmosphere but huge menu. My husband got the ribeye and he’s generally very picky about steaks but loved it. Chicken fajitas was a large serving but very good! Would definitely return!

Enjoy the enchiladas not so much on the sopas but a good meal. The salsa it was very tasty. Kind of pricey for what it is but so is everything nowadays. This place is really not utilizing its bar to its fullest extent. They need to have televisions tuned on different channels.

Usually always a good place to eat. Bacon wrapped jalapeños are pretty good.

The food was great! Our waitress was super attentive and very friendly. The entrance to the restraunt is a little strange but otherwise it is a great place to enjoy dinner.

I ordered sirloin steak, medium, and eggs over easy with hash browns. The meal was wonderful, the steak was perfect medium and very tender. The eggs were done over easy and perfect. The hash browns were made just right.
I have ordered breakfast from Acapulco Bay before and it was perfect.
I will definitely continue ordering food from Acapulco Bay. I called my order in and they were very polite and very thorough as to what I wanted. I definitely give it a five rating.

Excellent restaurant, food and staff were fantastic. Menu was huge, everything from mexican to salads, steaks, breakfast ect... prices very resonable Highly recommended to anyone headed to Ft. Morgan, ENJOY

Food was really good. Big variety to choose from. Service was excellent. Finding parking was the most frustrating part. All in all good place to have a nice meal. 👍

Wow a great place. I hadn’t been here for several years. Great decor change. We rolled in at 8:30 on a Tuesday. Service was super. Ice tea was fresh. Crispy chili rellanos were excellent can’t find these every where. The wraps are huge. Look forward to coming back.

100 stars! This place is my new favorite restaurant in the world. The steamed shrimp were big and the cleanest I have ever had. The guacamole was the best I've ever had. If you like seafood this is the best in the area and the rest of the menu is loaded with excellence. I didn't see anything to complain about in the entire experience. The service was perfect. They deserve better reviews and rating than I am seeing.
