Recently we called upon Derek & Kristin to assist us in the burial of our dear aunt and our experience was that they went above and beyond in helping us navigate the process. This was my first experience of requiring this type of service and they were professional, friendly and helpful throughout. I am so thankful for all the assistance they provided and coaching we received when discussing other plans that we will one day have to make for ourselves and others in our family. If you're looking for a business with high pressure sales tactics and don't mind paying them for a minister, music, venue, and a bunch of other stuff - even though you already have these options, this is the best choice for you! If you can't think for yourself and need a business to provide elderly family members with guilt in their greatest time of need, choose this place.

My father passed on the 26th which was a Sunday during memorial day weekend. This place waited until the 2nd business day (Wednesday the 29th) at 8am before calling my 81 your old mother and stating it was "disrespectful" to have my father's body stored in refrigeration for 3 days even though they were charging us $100/day. To make things worse, the owner had the nerve to try to get my mother to override my decisions by telling her that I no longer had Power of Attorney over my father since he had passed. Since I also have Power of Attorney for my mothers affairs, I am the ONLY point of contact and they have been instructed, IN WRITING, to never contact my mother again. (I gave them this info along with a payment of over $600 to hopefully make them go away forever.
