Called and called and called and called! Finally, a family member answered the phone. Left message and still did not hear back. I originally called and asked when Leo was coming to my home town and if he could fix my vacuum. He said 2 weeks, and that was over 2 months ago. Never got back to me either. Very bad PR! I do not recommend this business at all. I am going elsewhere. This is really bad because I bought my Kirby vacuum from him several years ago. This is the Kirby Vacuum business--run by Leo-- on Main Street in Lamar, CO, not in Kirby CO!
