I want to publicly thank Officer Dryman for his kindness and keen professionalism in the early hours of Sept 18, 2017.
He responded to our 911 emergency call (which ultimately proved to be our security system's motion sensor false alarm...but we/he didn't know that until he had secured our yard and home). Throughout the entire encounter he was focused on safety and offered helpful and much needed reassurance. Totally amazing cop.
After he left, I realized I neglected to thank him for his bravery, duty, and kindness. THANK YOU for serving us and Colorado Springs with professionalism and integrity, Officer Dryman!

They keep checking on breaking and entering suspects. They have been checking my property because of potential sounds of suspects walking through my condo/townhome complex. I'm happy to have the men and women in Blue. Fuq the anti police officers! It's 911 that's you're first call you make when there's an issue but you complain! Get your kids inline. I'm pro-police all the way, God bless their brave souls! I love our first responders! Amen!

Great police Department! Officers are top notch, respectful, and help anyway they can. I hope they keep doing a great job despite all the haters!

Had a extremely positive experience with one of your officers. He took the time to talk with my 16 year old about the responsibilities of driving and being a defensive driver. He made her first vehicle mishap not so traumizing of a experience. Thank You!

The (luckily) few interactions I've had with this department have been great. I called 911 when there was an accident right outside of my house and they were there so quickly! And when I had to report a fraud, they actually caught the guy.

My father passed away yesterday. We just want to thank the officers who came to our house, especially officer Mike Palmer. Their kindness and compassion were greatly appreciated in this difficult time

Great experience during my ride-along. Helpful staff at the front desk as well as the PTO officer, Mr. Montoya.

Staff were very polite and the facility was very clean. The VIN inspection I needed to register my vehicle took almost no time at all.

We called last night at 11:00pm when 3 people showed up at our front door accusing us of having their stolen laptop. We called 911 when they wouldn’t leave, the police finally came by our home at 2:00am to let us know there was no car on our street fitting the description we provided 3 hours earlier. No kidding!!! They were probably out of state by then, so angry! We were threatened and the response was appalling. Do better!

I normally do not rant like this, but I am furious. Have any of you ever taken your children to the YMCA skate park off of Union and Briargate?

If you have you have probably run into a group of 16-18 year olds that bully all the younger kids by cussing and yelling at them. But, they only do
this when the Moms have their kids there. My husband has taken my grandson several times and has not experienced this issue. I don't look like Paul, 195 lbs of muscle so I guess that explains why.

This afternoon I witnessed these kids drinking beer and smoking pot at the park. They didn't even attempt to hide what they were doing. They were cussing at the little boys, telling them to get out of their way and just being flat out bullies.

I ignored the rants until one of the drunk 17 year olds yelled at my grandson. I looked over at him with a very stern look and he got the message, so I thought. This kid then grabbed a beer and drank it in front of me and then skated over and made a snide remark about kids getting hurt out here.

When I voiced my concern to another Mother that was there, she simply stated that they do it because they know they can get away with it because they are under age. Therefore, they know that if the Dads do show up, they can't hit them because they are under age and they always have somebody recording the confrontation.

So, I gathered my grandson and started to leave when the boys started provoking me. One of them even approached me and wanted to explain skate park manners and etiquette. Are you kidding me??? The whole time I'm being recorded.

They asked me if I was going to get my husband. I laughed and explained that that would become a nightmare for them if I called my husband. The kid that approached me told me he was 21 and that he took care of all the under aged kids out there. I'm sure he does, he buys all their pot and beer for them.

He then explained that it's better not to have the young ones there after 3:00 p.m.. I guess that's when you delinquents come out to play.

What I'm surprised about is that several Mothers gathered their children and scurried to their cars as this seems to be a common practice at this public skate park. One of the other Mothers told me that she had called the police the night before because her 8 year old was cussed out and that she waited an hour and the police never showed up.

The bad thing for the young kids is that this is one of the nicest skate parks in Colorado
Springs and the young kids cannot enjoy it after 3:00 pm.

My question is, where are the police since this is an event that takes place every afternoon after 3:00 p.m.???

Doing it up real big C Springs police! Taking an old ladies car, and making her play the run around game? Classy! In fact, you get a standing ovation! The lack of professionalism and integrity is absolutely disgusting. Remove your badge, and take off the outfit because what you're doing is the opposite of what you should be. Not every cop under the roof is a bad one, but the one calling the shots, the one with his ugly face all over the news, Sgt whatever your name is, figure it out dude. You want someone to treat your mother that way? Your daughter? You're supposed to be trying to help people, not make their 80+ years on this earth even more difficult. Get it together.

Have a possible law suit against them, and they continue to try to violate the rights of the citizens.
They have Definitely forgot they are here to serve, and protect us.
"CSPD Motto.
CONVICT and COLLECT.
Your department and officers are thugs..
Your senior staff should be ashamed, as They have No control over their officers in the field.
Just big roided goons extorting from the American people..

Good thing I didn't have an emergency when I called because no one answered. Fingers crossed if I ever do have an emergency they actually get off there behind and do their job! Its not that hard to answer a phone.
