I brought Tate my boned out Elk in meat bags and was told it would be "about 5 days" to be processed. I came to pick up my meat 9 days later and it had NOT BEEN TOUCHED. Tate told me they had a bunch of "rush orders" that pushed in front of me pushing mine back. So even though I had brought my meat in first but others PAID MORE MONEY for a "RUSH ORDER" my meat SPOILED WHILE IN THERE CARE.
I fully believe had I not showed up they would have cut the soured meat up and gladly taking my money. I will NOT go there again.
