Tri-County Ford

Stranded traveler, We were towed to Tr-County Ford Sunday afternoon and back on the road by early Monday afternoon. Tristan & Mike were awesome!!!! And the washed it.

My truck started vibrating badly between Denver and Amarillo. I made it to Tri-County Ford at about 2PM. They had someone available to look at it immediately and several hours later I was back on the road again. Problem was resolved!

Cost me 130.00 for the service department to tell me the air filter compartment wasn't properly closed and the switch wasn't reset from when orielly's auto store changed the air filter for me. The warranty deductible is a 100, yet that diagnosis service wasn't considered a part of the warranty.

I apologize for the initial negative review as I mis understood the service performed and warranty coverage initially on my husbands truck.

Stephen was a life saver. I'm on a cross country road trip and had an issue with a bent wiper and they fixed it Pronto and got back on the road.

I was having a bunch of problems with my car and they made sure all of them were taken care of. They gave me a ride home and the. Come got me when they were done. Everyone was real respectful to me. They kept me of their progress. I would have no problem with sending someone to them. If I have another problem I'll definitely go back thank you again

I had been looking for a vehicle since June due to the hailstorms that hit Colorado Springs. I also was being very particular with the vehicle I wanted which made the search even more difficult. Paul and the team at this location made my buying experience easy and care free. I found their listing through "car guru" and was hesitant because of the almost 3 hour drive to get to the dealership from my home. But I would make the drive again in a heartbeat to get the quality service and experience as I did that day. Great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles! Great customer service! I cannot say thank you enough for the quick, excellent service you provided for me and my family enroute back to Texas. While towing an RV trailer with my F350 I got an exhaust filter warning I had never had before. The team got me right in, quickly diagnosed the issue then got it back to full working order. We are travelling by Ford RV. The oil could not go through the oil tank. We find this ford dealer and they repaired it. There is no the replace part and they let us stay in their parking place for three days free. They tried their best way to find the original in other state and we are waiting for the part to repair. Really thanks for their efforts especially the advisor Stephen.

We were on a trip from OR to TX and sprung a fuel leak in one of our fuel filters on our F350. got to the dealorship late in the day they had room for our 5th wheel and got us back on the road that day by staying late and getting it done. Great People, Great Service. HIghly recommend..
