Dr. Jones is patient and listens. He tries hard to understand and resolve your eye issues. Plus he’s not terrifying! I appreciate that! His staff are all wonderful, but I especially appreciate Terry who took a lot of her time to help me find a pair a frames that meet my need. She’s kind and easy to work with and I’m excited about my new glasses. Thank you all very much.

The staff is welcoming, professional, and helpful. Dr. Jones listens to my questions and concerns and takes the time to explain in plain language the results of exams, etc. On one occasion, when something out of the ordinary was happening to my vision, they squeezed me in to what was already a packed schedule.

While most of the test equipment is updated and fairly automated, Each staff member that made contact with me during my visit took the time to explain what they were doing and what the results of each test meant. Dr. Jones was very caring and concerned for my vision now and into the future. I appreciate that. Thank You! PBS

I came in needing some new contacts maybe changing things up. Dr Jones made that possible and has a great chair side manner!! sooo satisfied!!

Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I walked in without appt becauseI was nervous about an eye bleed after having surgery for a torn retina a very months previous. They got me in right away and settled my nerves. Thankfully just a broken blood vessel with nothing to do with previous eye issue.

I was worried about floaters in my right eye so I asked for an "emergency" appointment at about 10am on Monday. I was asked to return at 2pm the same day, but warned I would have to wait as they would have to work me in to their schedule. I arrived 10 minutes early and was out of the lobby at five minutes to 2pm. I received great service and everyone in the office was extremely helpful and courteous.

I called because my eye was very irritated and the lady I talked to got me an appointment as soon as possible! I was very thankful. Dr. Jones was very thorough and found my problem quickly! We love Dr. Jones thoroughness and demeanor. Very pleasant!

Dr jones is very knowledgeable and professional. Anna the individual that did some testing before seeing dr jones was not too experienced and took longer than usual. She also was more worried about her hair that completing the tests prior to Dr jones. Spent time looking in the mirror at herself

Dr. Jones and his staff do an excellent job. I was informed that I had scratch warranty on my lenses. So I did need new frames and could just have them replaced.

The staff up front is always very cordial , yet professional… and Dr Jones has a wonderful calm demeanor and explains his findings very succinctly …welcoming all queries regarding same . Definitely recommend!
