West Glacier Gas Station

Beautiful place for paddle boarding and lots of biking trails in the area. If you're thirsty for a cold beer, there's a beer and wine store in the park. You need a whole day at this place, very relaxing.

the employees were awesome! they noticed me waiting outside with our dog, while my partner went into the store. a really kind young man came out to let me know i could bring the dog in, from there, all of the employees were so sweet to her— Aidan gave her multiple treats! we appreciated their enthusiasm and dog friendliness! it seemed like they all enjoyed working there. many cute souvenirs, i ended up buying a sticker.

We stopped in here after an awful ride down the gravel stretch of glacier park in heavy rain. Our sedan was unequipped to handle the road and tore off part of the underbody while riding back to west glacier; we owe it to their employee Aidan for taking time out of his day to help us get back on the road.
That said, broad selection of reasonably priced snacks and drinks (cola products!!) and even souvenir shopped while we waited. They had a lot to choose from—Patagonia rain coats, Montana themed t-shirts, camp necessities like gorilla tape or even a hatchet. Gas is what you’d expect for being a station directly outside the park.

West Glacier Gas Station is right at the entrance of the western side of Glacier. Although it is a small gas station the shop inside is great for anyone trying to hike or more inside the park. They have very good prices surprisingly enough, and a good amount of every type of hiking or camping equipment you might need. The staff here is super friendly too, and you can even take a picture with a big bear outside!

So glad I stopped in here. My tank was full, but my body was empty. I got a coffee (locally roasted beans) and some great info from Danny and Sarah on where to hike while in the park. Tons of great stuff for the trails or gifts for friends. Thanks guys for all your help!!!

Filled here on our way to Going to the Sun road. Gas was priced fairly and convenience store has lots of gift type items and hiking gear.

Nicest store employee I’ve come across in a while. Came in for a snake, left with a reasonably priced hiking backpack.

Closest gas station to the park! Its by west Glacier Village. There are restaurants and grocery around this area. Very accessible to your other needs.
