The ladies at the registers are very patient and friendly. The guys on the floor are friendly as well and helpful. I love the wide selections of treats and toys for my dogs. It seems like whatever I need for my boys they have it.

We love our local murdochs. The staff is always helpful and happy. There is always something neat to find for yourself or a gift for someone else. We are able to get all of our animals needs here.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Got a kennel for a misbehaving pup as I was passing through town, which is no easy feat, for a big dog. They were very willing to help and even helped me out to the car! Great service is still alive! Will be returning on my next go around in Evanston!

My husband and I stopped here for a gate and some posts and we were blown away by this store. As soon as we walked in the door we had help from two young men, who knew all of the answers to the questions we asked and were eager to help us find what we needed. We ended up getting our stuff and both young men helped my husband get everything loaded onto our trailer. Their prices were very competitive and everyone we encountered was friendly. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I enjoyed the experience of shopping at Murdoch's. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We especially liked the staff at the gun counter. The prices on pet supplies were a bit high but the ammo prices were awesome!

A very unique and well designed store.
All the employees were very friendly and concerned. Their merchandise all looked to be high quality and their prices seemed to be reasonable. I highly recommend this place and I will absolutely visit them whenever I find myself in the Evanston area.

Mostly ok, other than a cashier informed us we should not be buying bullets because guns should be outlawed. My husband blood boiled for a minute but we realized she is just misinformed, as so many are that believe like this. Other than that it is very pleasant to shop at Murdoch. 😊

This store is amazing. Great customer service, I needed help finding new work boots and was walked through the whole section with a guided opinion and she was very polite. I will be back for sure.
