Came here with seasonal sickness to be tested for flu, strep, and covid. They did test me, but they didn’t help me at all. Left this place and just got progressively sicker. Nurse was really rough with me during the physical exam and rammed her magnifier deep into my ear and pushed against my eardrum right after I described my ear sensitivity, which hurt a lot. Didn’t really seem to care when I told her it was painful. The visit also took three hours which feels ridiculous. I’ll be doing everything I can to find medical care elsewhere.
