The servicemen who came about our pilot light issue were professional, friendly, and efficient. They quickly fixed the problem and gave us excellent advice about our future appliance usage.

After calling several Propane companies, Lisa is by far the most friendly caring and helpful person I've spoken with. She helped me fill out the application and was patient. She answered all of my many questions. It was a pleasure doing business with her. I will highly recommend Tiger fuel.

Tiger always does a great job for us at fair prices. Most recently we were having trouble with our gas log not staying lit. The technician came as soon as he could, fixed the problem quickly and showed us how to fix it ourselves next time.

Tiger Fuel is a top notch company that is adamant about customer satisfaction! I get my fuel for my vehicles and equipment! They are competitive and if you need any service done on any of your gas appliances, they've got you covered! You should seriously consider Tiger Fuel for all your fuel needs!!

Update - Thanks for the info on just hold the button down for 10 minutes before even trying to light it and then 3 additional minutes until it will light. Didn't know everyone goes through this unless you leave your pilot light on year round, and other than that, no complaints!

Every time you fill my tank, it takes 30 minutes or more to light my fireplace logs because of so much air in the in the lines. I have to just about use up a bbq grill lighter to get it finally going because it's just putt putt putt putt putt putt putt with the little bit of gas with all the air. I suspect I must be your 1st stop after filling the gas truck. How about from now on you let me call you when I need a refill and then make me your last stop, ok?

I have been dealing with Tiger Fuel in Appomattox, Va for many years and have never been disappointed. All of the staff are friendly and will do whatever they can to accommodate my service needs and in a timely manner. When I call I usually speak to Amanda who is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I usually ask if she can get to me the same day I call, and she tries to accommodate me but sometimes they are too busy with other’s needs but I know they will be there In a timely manner just as they state. Highly recommend them and their prices are very competitive.

Tiger Fuel is such a great company and one I would highly recommend to anyone. We moved to the area from out of state and had some issues during installation because of the way the connection was left by the prior owner. The technicians kept us informed about what was going on the entire time and discussed with us the solution(s) before they proceeded. Their customer service is stellar and you always get a warm friendly greeting when you call.

Having signed on with Tiger several months ago, I can now say they continue to deliver great service after the sale. I know it's cliché, but in my experience, it's true. Not only have they provided great service, they saved us money as well! If you are looking for a residential propane provider, I would definitely recommend that you at least give them a call and give them an opportunity to earn your business.

I didn’t even know Chase was here until I found the bill attached to the front door handle! He was professional as always and appreciate the ability to call for fill up and it is done immediately! We have been with Tiger Fuel for almost 13 years. They have always provided a quality service, fuel prices are competitive and delivery only takes a couple of days. Tiger Fuel also did a fabulous job installing my 500lb propane tank for my full house generator a few years ago. They also contacted the backhoe so I could bury the tank.

This company does the job. Delivery has always been on time and quick. All issues were resolved with understanding and promptly.
