CVS Pharmacy

This is the best Pharmacy around. Belinda the Pharmacist can’t be beat. She is fantastic. The prescriptions are filled in a timely manner and she will go out of her way to help you . She is also very knowledgeable and has the sweetest personality too. She deserves 10 stars. I Really can’t express enough what a wonderful Pharmacist Belinda is. Marion

One of my son's seizure medications has been hard to get lately. I called to check on the status and Ayesha was able to make sure he got it before his current supply ran out. We really appreciate all that she and Belinda do for us every month!

I never had a pharmacist that takes an excellent care of my family like this pharmacist manager Mrs. B. She is not only going above and beyond her call off duty but she is diligently on the phone with doctors and insurance companies making sure we are been taking care off. She always welcome you with her sweet smile even though CVS leaves her alone at the pharmacy to manage her daily operation and frankly; I don’t know how she does it? I was there once with six customers in line & the manager was alone. She was trying to answer the phone very cordially and at same time she is trying to check out on one of her customers on the register. Few people in line were very impatient and two of them walked out. She did her very best and the situation get worse when a lady came back to pick her prescriptions and they’re ready simply because the pharmacist was alone and she was trying her best to accommodate each and every customer. The lady went off and left the counter threatening to take her business somewhere else. This is the kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE CVS STRIVES IN OFFERING THEIR CUSTOMERS. They brag about their superior customer service that never existed and they place their great employees at the front facing the everyday customers with poor customer service and their executives hide in their office behind their desks. The pharmacist manager of this location deserves 10 stars out of 5 stars and CVS deserves none. Shame on you CVS.

CVS is a great store when I’m looking for vitamins, hair color, shampoo. I love it !

these awesome people have been taking care of my family for the last 10 years. Target pharm or CVS pharm the people are awesome.

THE BEST CVS IN THIS AREA!!! I’ve dealt with almost every other cvs in Fredericksburg and this one exceeds in customer service by far!

Convenient store

The hours are complete trash. After work, I have to drive like a madman to get there before they close at 6pm. Or I miss half a day because they don't open until 10. Then they completely shut down at lunch for an hr+. Unsat

The worst cvs pharmacy I have seen my life. I called them to find if the medicine is ready they put me on hold for 30 minutes when I walk to the pharmacy. They they had talking party. When I ask I am on hold and you guys don’t have customers.

I’ve gone twice now during business hours only to find the pharmacy closed. Not reliable!
