H&M

I love the look, feel and style of this store. I browsed through, but didn't buy anything. I was in need of a swimsuit not regular clothing. I will definitely be shopping here in the future. I am sure my son will love it too.

This is a really nice h&m! The staff was very helpful with an online return and couldn't have been kinder. Also, the store is very organized which is always nice for easy browsing.

The store is a great addition to the mall in Paducah but expect to be driven mad during checkout from the incessant beeping causing by what is, I hope, a malfunctioning security sensor.

It has been beeping every time I’ve come in there since it opened though. Perhaps they feel this adds to the customer experience though. 🤷‍♂

I’m updating this to 4 stars because one of H&M’s employees, Davion, makes a conscious effort to prevent the beeping by taking all of the sensors off before ringing up and folding the clothes. 👍 Providing good UX Davion.

Helpful staff tried hard to find what I needed after visiting several stores in the mall we finally found a black pencil skirt and white button down shirt for a size 6.
