Called in around 7:30, they arrived 9:00 and installed a new pump, fantastic! I had water and using it in an hour and a half. Most professional team and very courteous, can't say enough about them!

Once I was put on waiting list and advised it would be approximately 6 to 8 weeks. They called and advised they would be moving well drilling truck to my property. This was October 18th and Kenneth and Brandon returned and drilled the well on the 19th. Kenneth and Brandon done an excellent job and when finished I was very pleased with the job they done. They both were very informative as the process of drilling went on. Kenneth advised after finishing I had a good well with plenty of water. Im a totally satisfied customer and so glad I used Appomattox Well Drilling. I would use this company again if needed.

Great Service!!!! Called late yesterday afternoon because we lost all water pressure, they came out today, found the problem, replaced our pump and had us up and running in about 45 minutes!!! Thank you so much!!!

They drilled my well a long time ago and I am so happy with this company.

Willing to take time to answer all of my question. I did not feel rushed and got all questions answered very nice to deal with very professional on taking phone call can't wait to do business with them.

This company came right away and fixed our problem immediately..they did great guys were friendly and helpful.

Drilled our well and replaced the pump when we left the water hose on and running by accident for a long time. Have used them for years at several houses.

I would give zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time. It’s been 4 months of calling every 2 weeks only to be told that it will be 1-2 more weeks before they get out to put in a well. Or they would say that they will check with the scheduler and would get back to me. They never followed up or followed through with anything. I called a different company and they were out the next week.

The company started my Agr. well several months ago and I keep getting told either two weeks or I will have to talk to someone when I call to get a time estimate. I would not recommend contacting the company as there appear to be no answers and ability to complete a job in a reasonable amount of time.

Originally called 4 months ago to get on their schedule. They told me 2 weeks to install date. Have yet to show up! Last time i called they couldn’t even tell me where i was on schedule! Now I’m forced to pay another company an additional $3,000 for the same service. Don’t call these people!

We were on a waiting list for 6 months. They were never able to give an estimate of when they’d actually be able to schedule and showed up one day unannounced when we were not ready and wanted to install the next day! They eventually stopped responding to us completely after saying to call and schedule in the next few weeks, which we did. We had another company complete the project for us.

They deserve 0 stars! Requested to do a job for our customer, if you get to actually talk to someone they tell you your on the books cant tell you anything else. Never returns calls or emails. Have waited for months still no response. Finally found someone else. Don't waste your time.

They are nice till they get your money then when a problem arises they don’t care about the job they did! They are very rude and they said we were getting two gallons a minute which was a lie we where only getting one gallon a minute had to pay $8,000 more for another company to fix the problem they created. do not get them for anything!!!!!

Waited months and months for them to redrill after not finding water (as guaranteed). They kept delaying and finally said there probably wasn’t going to be water on the property. I called someone else and they found water on the first try

We have been calling since the beginning of June. The well they drilled for us last August collapsed and they finally came out 2 weeks ago to say yes we need a new pump and that they would come put it in and have yet to come. We called Monday and were promised Tuesday or Wednesday and no one came. I can not believe they would leave people this long without water.

Update they finally got us water in the muddle of July.
