I loved my outfits from this store. The employees are so nice. Yes the prices are a little bit high but it’s great quality and you won’t find these pieces anywhere else.

I hate shopping and don't like interacting with people in general. I was less than thrilled to have to find 'garden party attire' for a party this weekend. And I don't have a good idea of what the heck that is anyway. I gave this store a shot and I am so freaking glad I did. Yes, as someone else mentioned the staff are very interactive, which normally I want to be left alone. But since I didn't really know what I needed, I had to interact. (And I'm a walking stereotype of an almost middle aged white lady, so I'm leaning towards them not targeting minorities like another review mentioned) They were so helpful. They pretty quickly figured out what type of styles/colors I liked or didn't like and flexed to that. The clerk helping me ended up pointing out a dress I hadn't even noticed that I absolutely fell in love with and was perfect for what I need. The other clerk then suggested a belt for the dress that works with my body type significantly better than the belt the dress came with. I could not be more thankful for Carmelita and the other clerk that helped me. I'm a bit self conscious of my body right now and this dress is so awesome and I feel great about it.

I was saddened that your store left the Natick Mall but because of a great employee of yours Susan has allowed me to continue shopping in your store by photos from her personal phone she is the best. As a small business owner I know what it's like to find good employees and you have got one of the best employees very personable thoughtful really wants to help and make the customer satisfied.

Some months ago I came into the boutique and I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from Alex. I had just gotten out of work and was looking for a baby shower dress last minute. I told Alex I had a few pieces in mind (the selections were stunning by the way), I just need to head to the food court for something to eat (by this time I’m about 7 months pregnant!)

When I returned I selected the dresses that caught my eye and Alex took them off my hands. As we walked towards the dressing room I noticed she had an additional dress that I had not chosen. At first I was taken aback because I was so confused as to how the dress ended up with my selections but I figured there’s no harm in trying it on.

As soon as I slipped into Alex’s choice I knew right away this was the one I’ve been looking for! Had it not been for her I would have never gravitated towards that specific color/style (it was pink and I don’t particularly own too many items of that color) but she was able to envision me and what I wanted for my day.

She is truly gifted! And I am completely grateful for her and her talents. I speak on this moment often because she worked a magic to pair me with my dress and in making me feel absolutely amazing on my special day. The dress went beautifully with the theme and all!

I haven’t been back to SSP since then, up until today. Seeing as I was there I told myself I HAVE to stop by Queenia and I hope Alex is there because I NEED her to know her touch is powerful and she is excellent and I am forever grateful to have had the perfect person help me find what I didn’t even know I wanted.

Alex, I said it that day and I hope you see this but you are truly destined for great things. Your intuitiveness, your infectious warmth and your beautiful, chic yet elegant sense of style is a combination to be desired. Thank you again. I am forever grateful.

Also, I saw a review mention the boutique is a “scam” because AliExpress provides some of the same items for cheaper price but I just want to close with AliExpress can be placed in the same category as FashionNova, Shein, etc. It is mass production. Please do your research before you put down another establishment simply because it is not of “your extravagance”.

I love this store! This is the only store that I come to the mall for. Susan is amazing and always willing to help.

I love their fashions, but you better be sure that the item fits you well, and that you "really" want it because there are no returns or exchanges, which is the only criticism I have with Queenia. Also, I do not go into the store a lot ( about two or three times a year) because their prices are somewhat high.

I have visited Queenia several times and every time I have enjoyed my experience, especially the last visit. This young lady named Alex was so patient and one thing I realized is that she listened to what I like and helped me find styles according to that and my body shape. She was well informed about the fabrics, styles and the availability of the pieces. Thanks again

Lots of really cute dresses, friendly employee! Wish i got to spend more time in there. I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about.

This is one of the best clothing store I’ve visited. The dresses there are so beautiful and the quality is good but the price is a bit high.

I think that the dresses were really pretty, but they are definitely NOT one size fits all like they tell you. I could barely fit my arm in most of them!! Also, they follow you around and you feel forced to try on 10 dresses. I had to run out of the dressing room because the sales lady was bringing even more dresses and I just wanted to leave!

Clothing is cute but staff follow shoppers around and don’t allow for a peaceful shopping experience. The store in Braintree is located where there is an influx of working class people of color, and that is the only reason I could think of for this behavior towards shoppers. Do better.

SCAM Overpriced NOT handmade like they said !!!! Employees are way too overbearing and also waited until AFTER I finished transaction to say no returns or refunds just to find out they didn’t actually make the dress themselves overpriced and a scam don’t bother going

Be aware of this cheap shop. They swapped the dress and gave me faulty one. When I went to return/exchange they denied it. The owner is a horrible person. He used bad language and blamed me for the faulty dress. After arguing he said to exchange it and after wasting more than half hour he said he can’t exchange it either. Totally pathetic and horrible service. STAY AWAY from this store.

Horrible store. Wouldn’t be surprised if their dresses all came from Ali Express because of the cheap material. They are basically selling cheap clothes from china (literally says made in china on the clothing tag) and upselling it as if it were handmade by some “designer” they claim but never elaborate on when asked.. do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money like I did :) LOL btw they don’t do returns, refunds OR exchanges … a bit weird ? And if you call their store it goes STRAIGHT to voicemail
