Contacted them regarding a water line break at my house, while trying to line up a plumbing firm to repair the problem. The lady on that end was quite helpful, easy to deal with, and I received the paperwork for requesting an adjustment to my upcoming water bill about 7-8 days later. Quite happy with the service.

The people there seem rather decent.

One of the worst customer service department’s I’ve ever spoken to. One of the younger sounded lady would not let me speak because she kept speaking over me. Also 2 months ago I specifically told this person that I needed a bill document coming from snail mail showing proof on the bill where the address is at to register my son for school. So now we haven’t gotten the bill because she set the bill to come in electronically and not only that I was now told that the space where my name goes will not fit 3 people. Why didn’t someone tell me this sooner? Now I have to pay $8,000 out of district or state tuition for my son’s because this person was so Carelessly not knowing or doing her job right. This is horrible and will this company even pay for the tuition on their behalf? I don’t think so!

All I can say is RUDE! The people that work there are super rude.
