A great and friendly restaurant I happened to pass by because I love southern cooking. A good place to go in Appamattox.

Stopped here for lunch out riding. The fish was nicely seasoned and cooked to a crispy crust as I like it. The whole meal was very enjoyable. I will deffinetly stop in again.

Granny Bees is a good local restaurant that offers country style meals. I recommend the Hamburger Steak with Gravy and Onions with a side of Pinto Beans and a Baked Potato! Their cornbread is really delicious as well!

1st time here & we enjoyed our meal. Probably a bit pricey,,, but what ISN'T these days. If we are ever passing through Appomattox again, we will definitely stop in!

Wow! A cozy, inviting, perfect little place. The food is absolutely delectable. Smiling faces, down home feel, fair prices and fulfillment... all things you'll find here at Granny Bee's. You'll have to forgive me for the photo I shared of my "Brownie Delight".. I ate it before I could take a picture. I loved this place.

Stopped by for an early dinner while camping nearby. Super good homemade food! Had the meatloaf and picked beets with coleslaw. Hubby had roast beef, onion rings, turnip greens and hot cornbread I also got Soft hot yeast rolls and a piece of cherry pie with ice cream on the side. Server was SO nice! Not a fancy place but we’ll worth a stop.

Granny bees is a call back to the standard American diner. Amazing food, friendly service, and hand painted art. Looking forward to visiting again

Fantastic home cooking, we had pulled pork and sides and the staff were so kind. We will definitely be coming back!

Stopped for lunch, the atmosphere was nice, as were the employees. I had the chicken fried steak. It was amazing! Everyone in our party of 6 all talked positive about the lunch.
You should make it it point to stop in.

My Dad and I ate breakfast here on Saturday morning. He got an omelette with ham and 2 biscuits and he said it was very good. I got scrambled eggs with cheese and a biscuit and mine was also very good. The biscuits taste like they're homemade and they're a good size. The waitress was very nice and we got good service.

I recently moved to Appomattox and discovered Granny Bee's. They have good food at good prices. They are always pleasant to deal with.

Fast friendly but professional service in a casual home cooking diner. Salad bar looked good. Had the hamburger steak, onions, gravy with mashed potatoes and green beans. Very good. Also, triedthe rolls and cornbread. Both good.

Food was fresh and delicious. first time ever eating there.staff was very pleasant. Nice neat and clean. Will certainly eat there again.
