Certapro did an excellent job painting my kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and all the trim work. They arrived on time and started working immediately. Did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Pablo and Sherry were excellent to work with as well. Will be using them again to paint my bedrooms.

Adam provided a clear outline of the process, sharing ways to extend the life of my trim and provide Ling me the most services within my budget. He fixed all compromised wood, and even stayed later on the last day to go buy additional wood to fix trim around a window. The nominal extra charge was less than the value of customer service and commitment to excellence that he and his team displayed. He even helped my neighbor fix her gutter. I have no need to find another company to provide my painting services. CertaPro Painters just completed a large job at my home and did a fantastic job. They did drywall seam repairs and painted several rooms, included a two-story vaulted ceiling in the family room. We reached out to certapro painters for our living room to be painted. Hands down the best experience working with them. Every person involved in the process has been so responsive, professional, and respectful. From scheduling the appointment, getting the quote, and completing the job. We just had them come out and do another room. I will use them every time! Their quality of work has been fantastic.

I had to get my homes interior paint proper before a big life event coming early next year. I was looking for somebody to get it done with a quickness, a high degree of quality and attention to detail. Adam came out to look at the job and offered everything I was looking for, and at a fair price too. I had two more estimates lined up after CertaPro but I didn't even bother with them. CP was ready to get it done two weeks after Adam's visit. Pablo and crew arrived on time Monday morning and had it done Thursday afternoon. All my ceilings and trim, two bathrooms along with several drywall repair and touch-up spots in the main hallway and kitchen. I am totally happy with their work highly recommend CertaPro.

In the meantime, I asked my wife for a referral through her "BNI Incredibles" group, and Steve at CertaPro came referred again.

I felt like I was on the right track.

Through the bid process and the fulfillment process, Steve and I discussed the job. I sought his counsel on the best approach to various issues, and Steve presented his best suggestions.

Sherry, who managed the scheduling was on point through the entire process, checking in with me as we approached the job starting and then throughout the entire process.

On the morning of the job starting, José, the team lead rang my doorbell. When I answered, I was greeted with a warm introduction and handshake. He let me know that he and his crew were ready to start the job, and we discussed the events that would proceed as he and his team would complete the work contracted for.

During the process, José remained accessible to discuss the nuances of the job, and Steve frequented the job to be sure things were on track.

At the end of the job, I can say that I am very satisfied that the work contracted for was performed and the crew at CertaPro Painters made it a great experience.

We had a large master bathroom with a fair amount of ceiling drywall repair quoted and completed by CertaPro. Good communications with office , project manager and painting staff. Estimator actually listened to all we wanted done / expected. This is a very professional and friendly family business. I bought a new house with a smelly and scary unfinished garage. Adam came out on September 5th to check the scope of work. I was emailed a fair quote and contract on the same day. My appointment was set for 2 weeks with a 3 day completion date. The crew was ontime and did a wonderful job with drywall, mudding and painting. The garage looks great and tge smell is gone. I am very satisfied.

Great first experience with CertaPro! I recently moved into a new home, and I was looking to paint a few of the bedrooms upstairs. I had initially planned to do it myself, but my mom insisted that I try CertaPro, as they had painted several rooms in her house years prior.

Sherry G. is one of the best customer service reps I've ever worked with. After I contacted CertaPro, she quickly set up an appointment for someone to assess the rooms and provide an estimate. Steve J. (the owner) showed up the next day, and he was incredibly helpful in walking me through the next steps. The estimate for all three rooms seemed more than reasonable, and we set up a time for the painters to arrive the following week.

JC and his crew of painters showed up precisely on schedule, and they were exceptionally communicative and professional. I so appreciated their hard work and friendly dispositions, and it was really nice to receive updates on their progress throughout the day.

We did encounter a bit of an issue at the end of the first painting day, as two of the rooms were not yet finished. Since the project was only estimated to take one day, JC recommended that I contact Sherry to set up another time for the painters to finish the secondary coats that were needed. Sherry responded to my e-mail immediately, and promptly scheduled the painters to return the next day at no additional cost to me. The painters arrived on-time the following morning and finished the job, ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the result before they left.
