Italian Station

I've been here several times and served by several different staff, and have been impressed with everyone's congeniality and knowledge about both beverages and food offerings. Everything I've had food- wise has been fresh and tasty, and competitively priced. I had a thin mint mocha this last time, and it was excellent. Not too much mint, not too sweet, recommended to be served over ice. It was very good. The barista serving me was actually the creator of the thin mint mocha, and she offered me many options to further customize the drink. Add to that she was very patient with me as I considered all the options! It's also a lovely atmosphere to sit and have a nice breakfast or lunch with a friend.

We really wanted coffee not from our Keruig this morning and decided to visit Italian Station. This place is amazing 🤩

We ordered a pistachio mocha, blueberry pancake latte, and a cheese danish. The cheese danish was the best i’ve ever had. I want to go back and try one of their delicious looking sandwhiches!

Located outside of the Downtown Marriott, this is a great place for a late night coffee, dessert or snack. The coffees and espressos are top notch and the desserts are delicious! They have gelato, cakes, cheesecakes, and hand filled cannolis to order. Plus a whole lot more!

Love this place! It's a dog friendly coffee shop with a piano you can play. The service is always top tier and I've never had an impolite encounter. Dining in on the stools, or getting a coffee to go is never a bad thing!

I walk here regularly with my co-workers. The staff is very friendly/welcoming and some even remember our particular favorites. We always enjoy stopping by for our afternoon pick-me-up; definitely recommend!

Beautiful variety of offerings, Gelato, cakes, croissant sandwiches and Lavazza espresso served. Seems like a great place for doing some work, and/or having a tasty bite. We were visiting for the Great Train Race kid's run and they were kind enough to provide all our little racers with a free small Gelato. Quality local business to support 👏

Great, place for some nice Italian treats; including Gelato! My wife loves the honey, lavender latte! I really enjoy LavAzza coffee.

This corner coffee shop in downtown fredericksburg , is such a cool place to be . A place where you can have desserts, snacks, or maybe a cup of beverage . Whether you are alone or a friend. This place is perfect.

We had 2 cheesecakes today. We tried the key lime cheesecake, and the “Java cheesecake”. I am not sure about the name of the last cheesecake. But I believe it had coffee in it. Both cheesecakes had that balance level of sweet and sourness. It wasn’t overwhelming at all. The drinks that was paired was a cup of coffee , and a chocolate banana shake. It was a pair that was match made in heaven.

I would definitely go back not only for their food , but also their great customer service. There were smiles all around.

My family and I love the Italian station.
Every time we visit Fredericksburg we have to stop here. We ordered pizza, several desserts, and a lot of lattes and coffee. All of it was delicious. The servers answered our questions and treated us as if we were the only ones there.

Super stoked to find the S'mores kit!! We've been planning to do this since my birthday a month ago, and it was everything I thought it'd be! Thanks to the Italian Station, for the hospitality, and Anita & Charlie! 🤗

Great drinks, cold, and espresso drinks. Gelato, desserts, and great sandwiches. Pick your Canoli shell, and they fill it with deliciousness. Service is always great.

I love when I get downtown to check out Italian Station! Their iced teas are very tasty. I love the Italian arancini rice balls, they are delicious!

We came here for dessert and had some gelato. Which was pretty good. Unfortunately, they don't have a really big selection, just basic flavors, which was kind of a disappointment.

The vibe was really chill, it's really pretty inside and they had some really good music playing.

The staff are very warm and friendly and overall this place is very clean.

Didn't get to try their pasties and the like but will definitely be back to try!

I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for something sweet.

So cute! And the drink flavors were so creative. Alternative milks are offered, i got oat milk in a cinnamon sugar latte and it was delicious.

Surprising European-Inspired Eatery. I really loved my visit to Italian Station. The restaurant is housed within the same building as the Courtyard by Marriott Fredericksburg Historic District with both an exterior entrance and entrance into the hotel. The outside is well-signed with a pleasant window view. The interior has a local, artsy feel and includes a smattering of seating. The staff were very pleasant, helpful, and energetic. The food choices really blew me away with a variety of top-end pastries, sandwiches, pizzas, etc., all made with an authentic Italian flare I rarely see in restaurants of this type. This establishment also offers a variety of wonderful drinks coffees, teas, etc. and other European snacks and drinks. The prices were very good, especially for the high-quality, unique food and drink items. Overall, I rate Italian Station as a great value for fantastic staff, authentic and tasty fare, perfect location, relaxed and artsy/local décor, and great price. Highly recommended, especially for a breakfast, lunch, or evening snack stop in the Fredericksburg Historic District.

The girls that work here are very sweet and have quick service. Had the best iced gingerbread chai ever, way better than larger coffee places.

Charming and lovely little bistro. I've met the owner around town at various places and events and she's lovely. She made some wonderful suggestions for my lunch. The entire atmosphere is wonderful and welcoming. This gem is going into my regular rotation.
