Ogden's Superstore

My 34 year old Maytag died.
I went to Ogdens looking for a washer that would fit into a specific space.
After talking to Ryan, it was determined that I needed the Speed Queen commercial washer.
Great choice!!! Very happy with it.
The young men who delivered it and removed my old washer, were awesome.
Very professional and had the new one set up quickly.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get my new washer with ease. They had it in stock which worked great-I didn’t have to wait for it to be shipped to me.

Ryan helped me through text with my entire purchase. He was knowledgeable about the products and even sent me photos of the items. I am happy with his service and professionalism. It was a great experience working with Ogden’s Superstore, and I look forward to the purchases being delivered.

Trusted and knowledgeable service! I bought a dishwasher 8 years ago, and it was having some issues. I called Ryan, and because of his experience, he was able to help me troubleshoot and fix the problem. He could have told me to buy a new dishwasher but didn't. Instead took the time to offer me solutions. Trusted and knowledgeable customer service is hard to find these days, but I have found it here!

I had a great experience! I came to the store to try to learn about dishwashers, so I could make an informed purchase decision, and the sales associate was as so well informed and helpful, (as well as patient,) that I returned two days later and purchased the first of the 3 models that he had recommended.

I had been able to do my own research on the store’s website, and chose the brand and model that best fit my family’s needs.

I will certainly be a repeat customer at Ogden’s Superstore after this experience.

Every time we have purchased from Ogden’s in Richfield we have received a great price and amazing service. Most recently we purchased a washer and dryer set and had a great experience. We bought them over the phone while out of town and they were delivered by the time we got home. A few weeks later we experienced a small problem with our dryer and Ryan from Ogden’s took care of it for us, he lined up the repair and went out of his way to resolve it quickly so didn’t have to wait. Definitely recommend Ogden’s in Richfield!

I just made my first purchase at Ogden's as I am fairly new to the area. I had a wonderful shopping experience! The staff was so patient, and kind. I bought a wonderful, couch with double automatic recliners. A great quality product. The staff was so well educated on the products. They even moved tables around on the showroom floor to assist me in matching correct height of the coffee table to the couch. Amazing..above and beyond! Thank you for the extra effort with delivery to make this a truly great bday surprise for a wonderful person. Just the best shopping experience ever. Thank you Ogden's!

Ryan and the crew are always easy to deal with... we told Ryan our budget, what we were looking for and the colors we liked and he sent us a variety of furniture sets to look at that matched our criteria and helped us get it bought and scheduled us for delivery. They are awesome!

This is the second time in the past few years that we've made big purchases at Ogden's Superstore, and I highly recommend them. They have a great selection of products, and sweet happy employees. Ryan is very easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions, never once being pushy or acting annoyed. He totally puts my husband at ease when we go in there (which isn't that easy to do). He helps us find great deals and explains the ins and outs of the things we pick so we'll have a heads up on how things work. Even once I got the stuff home and was a bit of an airhead and couldn't figure something out, I called the store and he patiently talked me through it. The delivery guys are a pleasure to have come in and install the stuff, too. Just great people to work with. All around positive experiences. Give them a try!

After months of looking and looking for the perfect refrigerator I stopped into Ogdens to ask a couple of questions and Ryan was more than helpful. He answered all my questions never pushed me to buy, just told me straight facts about all the appliances. It was awesome to not have to feel stressed to have a sales person breathing down my throat. He was not trying to sell me anything, he was just trying to give me all the information I needed. I asked him when it would go on sale and he told me when to check back and sure enough I got a great deal on all new appliances. He helped me with the rebates and told me to give him a call if I had any problems. It was great to work with Ryan and I will go and buy from him again.

We ordered and recieved our new total kitchen package and we are 100% satisfied! Ryan was so wonderful to work with and found us the best deal for what we were looking for. We will continue to give them our future business and totally recommend them to everyone!
