Castiglia's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

Took my family here for lunch and it was an awesome deal. Got a large one topping pizza and a 6 in sub meal for all under 20$. Glad this place is around the corner from me. Will definitely return to try more of their menu and wines. (the food was delicious!) The service was great and the tables were clean and the atmosphere feels a lot better inside from the outside. They do a good job making the place very nice for dining in.

We visited this restaurant once maybe 15 or 20 years ago and we didn't care for it and just never went back. On a whim we decided to pop in for lunch and I'm glad we did. I don't know if these are the same owners from years past, but the husband and wife team on the day we went were very friendly and attentive.
The owners were doing it all, cooking, serving, greeting customers and making sure everyone, including the rude and demanding man across from us were taken care of.
We started with pepperoni rolls which came with a spicy marinara. They were awesome. I can't wait to get them again. My husband ordered spaghetti with clams and he said it was delicious. I got chicken parmesean and the chicken was cooked perfectly. So tender. The sauce was really good. We had an option of soup or salad with our entrees. We got Wedding Soup and a salad. And we also got warm garlic knots. There was plenty of food and we both brought home half our entrees. We are definitely putting this place in our dining out rotation!

Castiglia's Italian Restaurant is a awesome family business that we have frequented for many years. We stopped by for a late lunch and the food and service is still exemplary! I had the steak and cheese sub and the rest of the crew had pizza slices. We will definitely return for more deliciousness.

I was lucky enough to find this gem, I went with a few locals who have been going for years. We were met with love and hugs from just about everyone on staff.
The food was INCREDIBLE! Try the pink sauce! We had the calamari and I did the Alfredo. Everything was wonderful. Fresh and cooked with love

First time here, just passing thru and I wanted Italian for supper. Ordered the Belly Buster Stromboli. Possibly the best Stromboli I have ever had. The dough was crisp on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. All the ingredients enhanced the flavor of the dough. I certainly will stop again next time thru the area.

Great Italian spot indeed. The white pizza is spot on and the tiramisu is phenomenal. They know what they are doing no doubt. I highly recommend this place. Grit waitresses and staff and very attentive. I have went here multiple times and just now, giving them the kudos they deserve. Highly recommended!

They sell by the slice, big slices too. Went In for carry out lunch and got 2 slices, the slices were made to order it seemed. Total was less than 10 bucks too. Maybe a small 5-10min wait, so call ahead if you don’t have time to wait. I recommend this place

The best gluten free pizza probably in all of Fredericksburg, possibly even in an even larger area than that too!!!!!!!! their gluten free pizza is actually amazing even when compared to gluten filled pizzas all across the city!!!!!!

I got my dad hooked on the gluten free pizza here and he isn't even gluten intolerant or gluten allergic at all. It's just so good that he prefers it over any other pizza in Fredericksburg that has gluten (and we've tried well over 20 or 30 pizza places in Fredericksburg).

ALSO, at the time of me writing this review...this place has NO DELIVERY FEE!!!! No delivery fee for a pizza place in the 2020's????!! That is completely unheard of and absolutely amazing. I think they have a $20 minimum or some kind of low minimum but besides that, they don't charge for delivery. Someone give this place an award, a hug....something.

Even if you also are not gluten intolerant or gluten allergic at all, you owe it to yourself to try this place's gluten free pizza. I almost guarantee you will love it. It's thin, it's crispy, it's perfect.

We had our company christmas party here and everything was great. Our waitress was super nice and did a great job

Excellent food, fast and friendly service. The restaurant has a great casual friendly atmosphere. Their pizza is a NY style that is the best in Fredericksburg. I go monthly and I have only had great experiences.

First, Tina, the manager, is AWESOME! She was running a super busy restaurant and still took time to work with us about gluten-free options for my wife.

I don't need gluten-free, so I had meat feast pizza. Hands down one of the best pizzas in the area. Rustic Italian flavors. It's the sauce...simply amazing.

I can't wait to come back!

I absolutely love their pizzas and their mozzarella sticks are a hit without our household! I would be awesome if they added an outdoor dining experience, but what's on the inside is fine.
