Kilwins Ice Cream & Fudge of PCB

It was my first time in a Kilwins, and I've got to say, if you have a sweet tooth, you're going to love this place! Ice cream, fudge, candy covered (you name it), it's here.
We just stopped in for the ice cream. The Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and the New Orleans Pecan Praline were both very good. The single waffle bowl is more than enough. The servings are quite large, and if you get the double scoop, you're probably going to hate yourself afterward, unless you're going to share. I can hear myself gaining weight just typing "double scoop." Anyway, Kilwins in Panama City Beach is definitely worth checking out.

Wonderful little ice cream shop, very clean with many wonderful flavors to choose from. The ice cream and milkshakes were very rich and tasty and it smells like cookies. Great place to visit while shopping at Pier Park.

I really enjoy Kilwins. The blueberry waffle cone is one of my favorites. Got some fudge samples and ice cream cones for the kids and a little blueberry for my wife and I. Very friendly staff and delicious ice cream. I didn't try the other treats but they looked and smelled fantastic. Worth a visit if you're walking around the area.

Located in the walking street of Pier Park, serves a variety of chocolates, icecream, fudges available. Ordered 3 varieties of icecream and it tasted good.

We love kilwins..... Everytime we go to Gulf Shores, we go everyday & now we found one in PCB,Fl. We will be there everyday!

Wait time was long but that's too be expected with a vacation tourists spot. Ice cream was excellent. Our three kids were offered free fudge samples while waiting. Parking was a little bit of a hassle due it being in a resort area with public beach access

Great Chocolate and Ice Cream. Don't pass Kilwins by without stopping in. This is a very busy shop. We had pretty fast service at both the candy counter and getting our ice cream. Very fresh and thick waffle cone.

The ice cream tasted amazing! I had the Toasted Coconut 1 scoop and it was the best I've had in a long time! They had neat fudge and different chocolates you could get there as well. You should grab some ice cream and eat it outside the shop if the weather is good!

Kilwins Ice Cream & Fudge of PCB is a must stop in Panama City beach! It has everything! Delicious ice cream, lots of chocolate treats, fudge and coffee! I got two scoops of the birthday cake ice cream and it was phenomenal! It was cake flavored ice cream with cake pieces and chocolate shavings. I also got a block of the maple walnut fudge. It was very good! Creamy and rich. Just how I like it!

We heard this was the best ice cream in Panama City Beach. We were not disappointed! The store has a wonderful aroma as you enter the doorway. Not only is there ice cream for our tasting pleasure but they make their own candy and have special gift packages available.

Loved this place.. some good ice-cream options and they taste good. Reasonable pricing for the scoop size. Great service and great taste.

It's rare to find an ice cream shop that just knocks it out of the park. This is one of those place. They've got an impressive amount of variety; ice cream of all flavors, baked goods, fudge, cookies, etc. Exceptional all around

Good ice cream with a nice selection of flavors and types of fudge. Quaint but busy location in Pier Park. Pretty at night. Only 12 allowed in the store, and masks are required, but this will pass. I thought their ice cream was pricey: $5+-$6+ for a single, but the single scoops were very large.

It was really good, and it has a wide selection of ice cream and different kinds of handmade candy. It's always super clean and really good. It's a little bit pricey

Best icecream I've had and my kids agree too will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Panama Beach and wants some good icecream 🍦 😋

How can you say no to free samples of homemade fudge? There are so many delicious sweets to choose from. My favorite is the dark chocolate sea salt caramels. The real reason we visit, though, is for the amazing ice cream. Toasted coconut is delicious. Turtle cheesecake is a nice change. The variety of flavors have yet to disappoint.
