Didn't like that you couldn't buy two pairs of Nike with the buy one get one 1/2 off, but overall good experience and the store manager was very polite and helpful. Still a great way to get two pairs for under $100.

I went to return the Male clerk was so nice, he ordered the pair of shoes online and shipped to my door free. So quick and no hassle. he was awesome and they have a great selection.

Always the nicest and most helpful staff. I went this evening for some shoes and had my six your old with me. A very nice Female employee I believed by the name of Breanna helped me look frantically for shoes before my sons patience ran out. As I was checking out she noticed his shoes were untied. She offered to teach him a super quick way to do tie them. Very thankful for the help and kindness of the staff. My go to local shoe store.

Love all the new changes that have been made in the last few weeks. I was in there for tax free weekend and it was a mess but now it look great and the new staff is so helpful. It made it so easy to find everything.

Visited this store from Atlanta this weekend and I have been looking for an olive green sneaker to match some outfits, but haven't been so lucky in finding anything. Until.... I found a pair in this store only for them to have two 9's and an 8. Well.... I need a 10. Tenisha ordered my sneakers, had them shipped to my house, and I was still able to get the Bogo deal since I bought a pair of converses. Great service from her

The selection in the off season i dont feel is as good as normal but they do all kinds of sales during the winter time to drive business. Staff is very friendly welcoming and willing help

The Rack Room is in Panama City Florida. The salesman was polite and friendly they had a good selection of shoes buy one get one off half price on all shoes. Easy to get in and out of. Would recommend to anybody.
