Young`s Jamaican Restaurant

I’ve been living in Miami for over 3 years and this is hands down the best Jamaican food over here. I’m gonna have to come once a week because I cannot get over how much flavor each bite had!! The plates are huge and filled up to the top. I even ate the cabbage and I barely do! Everything was just so good. He put oxtail gravy all over my rice and I just know I have to come back for them.The owner was so nice!!! Everything is fresh and delicious. My new favorite spot. Please come try this authentic Jamaican food

This place just keep on getting better. I love the oxtails. And I recommend that everyone try the jerk chicken. I tried the oxtails at other nearby restaurants and the seasoning was over kill. That's why I choose Young's Jamaican Restaurant. Seasoned to perfection also five stars for presentation and portions.

The guy is very nice, with great customer service, the portion is plenty of food for 1 person at a great price ($22 for the oxtail). They do cash only. Make sure to bring some unless you want to pay the ATM fee.

FANTASTIC! We came here because of the 5 star review and left satisfied. This guy was NOT cheap on the rice OR oxtail. The flavor was to die for. The service was great “this is how we cook in Jamaica” the man said when he showed me the mouthwatering food before I paid. I. Cannot. Stop. Eating 🤤 I will definitely be back!

Only had the beef patty when I stopped by but if the rest of their food is like this then 5 stars for sure. Best beef patty I've ever had, probably. Flaky crust with a spicy, well-seasoned filling for a good price ($2). A gem!

We were only in town for a couple of days, & I was determined to find the best oxtails in town. I researched this before our plane landed. Must say this place had me craving more. The price is unbelievable for the amount of food. By the way, this is a one man show. I don't know how he is doing this, but he is cranking out some amazing oxtails, jerk pork and jerk chicken. Tastes identical to what I had in Jamaica a few days later & cheaper. Next time we are in Miami we will be back!

Omg! Best Jamaican food I’ve had in Miami! Real authentic! Oxtails fall right off the bone! Jerk chicken was excellent! Owner super cool! Will be back asap!

I purchased the oxtails with rice and peas. Tender. Not extremely flavorful but definitely worth going back.

I ordered the brown stew chicken and I can say it was by far the best Jamaican food I’ve had in years . One plate is enough to feed 2-3 people . Great prices and quality food .

Visited Young's Jamaican Resturant for the 1st time and I was definitely delighted by the true authentic taste of Jamaica in every bite! We ordered the oxtails dinner and the brown stew chicken dinner both come with rice and peas/or white rice and cabbage. You get a lot of food for a very reasonable price. The owner/chef welcomes you in like he knew you for life! When I am back in Miami I will definitely be going back to Young's. I highly recommend this spot!

I was in town visiting family and we decided to try this restaurant based on the reviews. This is the best restaurant in town. The food was fresh and seasoned perfectly. The jerk chicken was seasoned perfectly and was not too hot. The rice and peas and cabbage were amazing. I will visit this restaurant every time I am in this city. I am so happy I tried this restaurant. Please try this restaurant. You won't regret it.

Read all the review before I tried young’s today, and the reviews couldn’t be more accurate. Service was fast and the food was delicious. Had the jerk chicken combo and it was on point!! Definitely going back to try the ox tail stew and curry chicken before I head back to California. If your look long to eat some Jamaican food this is the place to go!!! They have amazing Jerk Pork done in a jerk pan. Delicious oxtail and curry goat. Decent portions. And cordial customer service

We order the chicken stew, curry chicken and The oxtail all with rice and salad DELICIOUS. We (hubby & I)were craving some JAMAICAN FOOD. It was excellent it felt authentic as it gets, price was right and service was super friendly. The amounts are also great.

I was in Miami on vacation and I had to get some authentic Jamaican food! I saw that Young had all 5 stars. Let me tell you, THIS WAS THE BEST JAMAICAN FOOD I EVER ATE!!! You have to try it like now! I got oxtails with rice & beans & cabbage & a side of jerk chicken. My husband had curry chicken rice & beans and cabbage. Everything was delicious but his curry chicken was the best. 100% recommend!! Young is so friendly!

Young’s restaurant is the ONLY place I go to get oxtails. The ONLY RESTAURANT. His oxtails and peas and rice taste like they were cooked with love and care. Homemade, not industrial cooking. I would highly recommend

YESSS... IM IN LOVE ❤ ‼ First off, before you walk up to the restaurant, the aroma of what was being cooked filled the air with DELICIOUSNESS AND JOY! Next, the service was AMAZING. I was greeted by a guy who I think is the owner, and he was really nice. When he took my order, he made me feel comfortable because I am not Jamaican, I am African American. I ordered Rice & Peas, with Brown-Stew Chicken, and received my food in about 5-8 minutes. When I took my first bite of the food, I WAS IN LOVE! That was my first taste of Jamaican food, and I am really happy with my experience. 5-STAR FOOD SPOT, I 100% RECOMMEND‼‼‼

BEST BEST!!! This is home food, as in Jamaican. You can see the jerk chicken/pork cooking on the grill so, you know it’s authentic. The owner is stupendous he has a great personality and is very hospitable. It’s far from my home but, I will definitely drive to this restaurant for my Jamaican food. Thank you for your service!
