As a first-time home buyer, I find it extremely important to work with experienced professionals who are trustworthy, personable, and honest. The process of buying a home is sometimes challenging and stressful, so it is key to find a realtor who will guide you, with ease, to understand your options.

Joslyn, a licensed realtor of Zen home group, wowed us with her work ethic, resourcefulness, and expertise in the Orlando real estate market. Her attention to detail and strong negotiation skills are why I found her to be the perfect realtor for my journey. We worked together for months to ensure I found the perfect home for my growing family—and we did! Because of Joslyn and the support from Zen Home Group, I found a 4/2 single family home with a huge backyard for the kids!

Kayla Watson took great care of me in buying my first home. She is super attentive and answered all the questions I needed answers to. She has a very genuine personality and is realistic with expectations going into the market. She is on top of any home research that is needed when considering a new place. Had a great home buying experience with Kerry! We were matched off Zillow when I wanted to look at a place that was just listed but a friend who was a realtor was out of town. Unfortunately didn't win that one but I liked how she handled it so decided to stick with her. Within 2 weeks we had seen more houses and put in 2 more offers and the second was accepted. I didn't know much about the closing process but she helped me navigate it with plenty of notice for anything I would need to prepare. We did hit a snag during the appraisal but with her help was able to work through it and I'm happy to say I'm typing this from the new house now.

Kerry is TOP SHELF! We have been looking in the area for some time but recently sold our home on the west coast and came to the area to finally buy. Kerry stepped up to the challenge we set before her. She gave us advice that was priceless and wanted to make sure we were looking at what we wanted. She was available on short notice and negotiated offers favoring us. A great all round person more interested in seeing her clients get what they want not settling and not just trying to make a quick sale. We reviewed over a 120 possible homes in about 4 weeks with Kerry and they were worth a look. She doesn't waste your time and she fights for you making sure everything is on the up and up.

We recently closed on our first home and Kerry was with us every step of the way. She has excellent communication skills, and made sure to inform us through every step of the process.
