Don’t normally do reviews but had to say thank you to Rachael. The minute I walked in she was right there with a pleasant smile to explain how everything worked and walked me through the process. I was very impressed with how professional she was.

Rachael’s customer service was very great! Came to look at a unit for my friend and she had very good customer service, unit was very clean, and most of all property was very clean. Would recommend coming to this prop for storage needs

Easy to rent a storage space quickly. Was able to move in the same day. Love the mobile app and the email communications. There was never any wondering about what I would be charged or when.

My move in was nice and easy. The Staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Great job to Ms. Liz at the front counter and Mr. Jason the D.M you guys rock. If you need a place to store your things please go and check them out. You can even do it on line. Keep up the Great work

Made a reservation online the night before and was called by Ashley the next morning to confirm. Came in and she helped my girlfriend and I get into a unit with much help and professionalism. She was able to get us in and out with quickness and was able to answer all of our questions. Haven't moved anything in yet but she made us feel welcomed and wanted. Hope the service and quality continue though-out our experience.

The workers here are very professional and I highly recommend storing your things here if need be. If you need help I recommend you speaking with Ms. Ashley or Ms. Rachel. Both go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I had more encounters with Ms. Ashley and I have to say, each time I’ve seen her, she always had a smile and was always very welcoming! She is very knowledgeable and I trust everything she says. Ms. Ashley and Ms. Rachel really made my experience great! Thank you :)
