The owner and staff are very friendly! Warm and welcoming environment with great music playing. The burgers are amazing! Great tasting burgers with thick bacon! Fries are crinkle cut and are seasoned very well! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. Also, I got a chocolate milkshake, and it was very yummy. If you download the app, you can get something free from the menu, which is awesome!

We went to build my burgers for the first time. The burgers were very fresh and flavorful. You can pick what you want to put on it. They also have specials during the week. They don't make the overloaded shakes any longer. However, the strawberry shake that we got was very good. The fries have a lot of seasoning on them, and they're very tasty. The staff was exceptionally nice and explained that if you download the app, you can get a free item.

The burger was really good! No matter what you too it with, you’ll enjoy as the patty was flavorful. If you get the salad, option, go for two patties for the best coverage. Fries were a bit too seasoned for me, making them extra salty, but that’s more personal preference (they were still good!)

The gentleman running it offered a drink to a Uber driver who came to pick up food.
He offered a cookie to me and to the other guests in the restaurant. He had a smile and nice word for everyone including his staff.
And the burger was great!

The burger was so good. They have a lot of toppings to choose from. The wings were crispy and juicy and the fries were good. I will be back next time I want a burger.

Burger was hot in juicy. Very good taste. Like the choice of toppings. Fries are seasoned well cooked to perfection crispy on the outside soft inside. Our shakes were ok very thin I like a thicker shake, ice cream vanilla flavor wasnt strong.

Customizable burger joint out in Orlando FL. You are able to select the size of your burger (number of patties, seemed what looks like smashburger type of patty), style of your bun (went with potato, super soft) you can choose up to 3 garnishes (went with lettuce tomatoes and caramelized onions) type of cheese you want (went with smothered) up to two sauces (went with ranch and sweet chili sauce). You can also choose to add premium toppings such as bacon and fried egg as examples. The burger did take a little bit to come out, then again went with 4 people around dinner time so makes a little sense. They have daily specials that seemed pretty interesting along with their main burger and fries. Also serve wings which were pretty crispy. I also tried the milkshake, not pictured, which was pretty good, they're hand spun and they offer chocolate vanilla and strawberry, they also offer a premium Oreo shake

So I ordered the burger over fries and the fried oreos. I did not eat them all in one sitting because, my word, the portions are quite large (but looked yummy, I had to take a picture). The food is VERY delicious and the service is friendly, professional, and caring. I don't normally eat burgers but today was the day for it and I'm glad I did. I will definitely return and select this spot as a lunch spot with my coworkers. Thank you for a GREAT first experience!!!

Incredible service from the guys at Build my burger. I get very tired from all the mediocre food in Orlando but this place is a breath of fresh air. Always good food. Consistently the best burger around

This place is awesome! First time here and Jeff was super helpful! He walked us through the menu and ordering process, took our parties orders, and checked on us throughout the meal. The food is soooo good and the milkshake was amazing! Great atmosphere and vibe at this place. Definitely will be back!

Great burgers and prices! It’s definitely worth trying and you’ll probably go back. Excellent customer service. You’ll get a special deal if you download the app. Add a TV for sports and it’ll be the perfect vibe!

Went to Kyuramen and there was a line out the door, so I went next door to BMB and had one of the best burgers I’ve had in a minute! For around 10 bucks I was able to build my own burger on potato bun w/ 2 medium sized patties, melted Swiss, nicely caramelized onions, crisp bacon, mayo, and a really rad creamy chipotle sauce that brought everything together! The dudes running the place were super friendly and did a great job! Skip the lines and grab a quick, dank burger!

Honestly one of my favorite quick eats near University. It is a hidden university gem.

The prices are great for students and they have great toppings for burgers. Everyday they have a special for students ($7.99 with student ID for single cheeseburger with drinks and fries).

They offer many toppings that I love to add to my burgers. The staff are friendly and the wait is never long. I came once and met the owner and he is super friendly. I didn't even wait for more than 10 minutes for my burger but he offered me a free cookie since the wait was "long".

The burgers are well seasoned and juicy. I have not tried the chicken tenders or milkshakes yet but I can 100% recommend the burgers.

My only complaint would be that the fries are sometimes burnt or overcooked.

Upmost excellent service and delicious fresh burgers. The fries and shakes are very tasty and the deep fried Oreos, oooh soo good, you can’t beat them! This picture is of my kids digging into the deep fried Oreos!

Where do I even begin, I Was in the mood for a burger and my husband mentioned 5 guys but I wanted to try something different so I went ahead and checked T-Mobile dining since they give 5% cash back on participating restaurants, best part though is on Tuesdays it’s 6% cash back :D and of course BMB popped so I said you know what let’s try something new! Went ahead and ordered online and when we went to pick up, I loved it. Very clean inside, customer service was great. Food was ready to go! Ordered two burgers, a vanilla shake and loaded fries. No issues whats so ever. The only thing I didn’t really like from what I ordered was the loaded fries ! For me it has to much cheese which makes it saltier for my liking! Maybe it’s an option we can pick next time with less cheese. We will definitely order here again!

Oh my goodness, my mother and I just happened upon this place and this was our second time coming and oh man when I tell you the food is better than great. I hate that I ate my burger before taking a picture but it is just that good. We definitely loved the customer service from both the manager as well as the cooks. Try them out. I promise It's definitely worth every penny spent.

This place truly has some of the most flavorful burgers in Orlando. On top of that the atmosphere is great and the owner is always there so you know he really has a hand in how everything is being run. They also have regular discounts and fair prices making this place quite affordable (I would highly recommend getting the app too). Another thing of note is how well seasoned the fries are and overall the one thing I can praise the most about this place is flavor, everything really tastes fantastic and I’ve never found this much flavor anywhere else I’ve been to. If you haven’t already give this local spot a try!

I happened to be in the area for a friend and saw a picture of the wings and fries on my explore page. I had to explore myself. As soon as I walked I was greeted and the gentleman was friendly with my daughter and her friend. As I was ordering he was telling me all my options it was my first time there and it felt good with how patient he was while I tried to order. The food is fresh and looks amazing the pictures don't do any justice. To actually see my finished plate 🤤🤤. The fries are seasoned to perfection 👌🏾 The wings and tenders 😋 definitely coming back! Will also try burgers next time.
