I have used Enterprise at the Orlando Airport twice in the last few months and both times I was impressed with the customer service and the car. My husband is a Hertz Gold customer, and I get better service with Enterprise than he does with Hertz. The first experience was a good example of their attention to the customer. I flew in to Orlando with only 6 hours notice for a family emergency. I arrived at their counter with no reservation and uncertain how long I would need the car. They listened to me tell of the situation and immediately put me at ease. In less than 15 minutes I was given a great rate and on my way to the car. Every employee I dealt with was kind, courteous and happy to make sure I was satisfied with my rental. I joined Enterprise Plus after the latest rental because they really do put the customer first, which is a rarity in today's world. They are the best value in the business, time and time again.

For years we've been renting cars from other so called discounted or cheap rental car companies. And you know how it goes, you get what you paid for. This is the first time we used Enterprise. It was a lot easier. From scheduling (online), picking up and return. Associates at Orlando airport are so professional and polite. They didn't push anything into what we reserved. Although it took us about 10 minutes to get our vehicle. The car was clean too. Pricing, it was surprisingly less than others. Got to Orlando Airport for a business trip and reserved a standard car. Service at the desk was very professional and cordial. When I went to pick up my standard car the young lady took me to the premium cars and I was very pleased. There was not an upset for the premium car just paid the standard rate. Checking the car back in was smooth and easy. This is not the first time I've used Enterprise and it will not be the last.

I've been renting cars for 45 years. Without a doubt, my recent rental at Orlando Airport was the smoothest, most convenient and best rental experience I've had. From the front desk to nearby delivery, everything was handled quickly and efficiently despite it being a fairly busy time. Rented a Chevy Cruze from Enterprise at the Orlando Airport, had made my reservation ahead of time. The service was excellent, checking the car was excellent . Car was under the parking deck so it looked ok checking for dents and scratches so we left it looked good. On the highway the cleanliness of the car was evident it wasn't clean inside or out. I was gonna drive through a car wash, but found out through weather news Orlando hadn't had rain in three weeks..Why should I wash it? Returned the car 3 days later and showed the service writer the car and how it looked. She apologized and gave me a credit, I didn't ask for it
but she did it anyway I rent a lot from Enterprise and have always had excellent service and very good experience with them. I will continue to rent with Enterprise in the future

Location was easy to find and convineint at the airport. My reservation was found quickly and my wife and I were off to find our car. It was easy to find with the help of a very friendly associate, held all the luggage my wife brought, lol, was clean and full of gas. The associate offered us a pike pass that allowed us to avoid stopping at turnpike toll booths, (highly recommended in Orlando in my opinion), and off we went. Vehicle performed flawlessly, made for a great trip. If I had a complaint all it was dropping the vehicle off when done. The process was very organized, fast and efficient, but, as I am getting older, I need more light to see. Where we were directed to park was very dim and being the family that brought everything but the kitchen sink, checking the floorboards and under the seats after a week of adventure was tough to manage. I had to depend more on my sense of "feel" more than my sense of "sight". Truley minor I know but having a flashlight we could borrow or simply more lighting would make it a 5 star plus. Thank you.

This was my very first time renting from Enterprise. We arrived on a Monday evening of a vacation week, and they were out of the Full Size car we had requested. They took the time to walk over to the vehicles that were available and worked with us to find the right one which fit our needs for the week. We landed up with a full sized SUV, which was great for my large family, and all the luggage we had with us. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely consider Enterprise for my next business trip.

My experience with enterprise was great! Easy access and pick up at airport. The line was fast and the process was smooth. There were lines out the door for other rental companies. Our car was new and great on gas. Easy and painless drop off. Overall I would rent from enterprise again.

Enterprise delivered our requested car quickly and with minimal questions and paperwork. After a brief explanation of the refueling and return options, we were on our way. The car was clean, comfortable and performed well. All the equipment and the accessories worked well. The return went quickly and the receipt was delivered promptly. The staff was very friendly and professional throughout the rental and return processes.

My flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight, but I called ahead and asked what to do and they did all the paperwork and arranged for our car to be ready with another rental company. I did not get any "surprises" in the paperwork or extra charges, it was exactly what I agreed to online. When I brought the car back, cleaned out as best I could, they even gave me a small credit back. I was very pleased and will definitely use them again.

I needed a car for 1 day and Enterprise came through with a very nice vehicle at a GREAT price. The reps at the airport were courteous, friendly and very professional. I especially liked the fact the young lady asked to show me the controls before I drove away. I know sounds dumb but I have had issues finding the fuel filler or hood latch on some rentals so this was a very nice touch! Thank you Enterprise. I am renting from you again this weekend!

I normally use Hertz for my rentals but I decided to try Enterprise. The rental went very smoothly,. I was given a clean nice Toyota Camry and the personnel I had interaction with were very professional. The offer of a pass for the toll booths was something I had never been offered and worked great. For $4 a day only for the days you use it is worth it to not have to stop and pay. I appreciated the person signing me into the car explaining it to me.

I enjoyed my rental car during my stay in Orlando, FL. The pickup and return process was very easy. The staff was very professional and the customer service was great. What a wonderful experience we had with Enterprise Orlando. Not only was the rental and return process swift and quick it was with quality service at all points returning the car was a snap. It all happened so fast I forgot my phone in the car and they quickly retrieved it for me. Within 10 minutes. The vehicle was perfect.

Easy on-line reservations, on-line confirmation, got to the airport and no line to check in. Check-in in minutes, go to pick up my car and it's ready to go in minutes. My daughter rented from a competitor and she had to wait 45 minutes in line to check in and 15 minutes to get her car. Me, 10 minutes. Her, an hour. Returning the car was even easier. Drive in, give the attendant my keys, he gave me a receipt right there and we are on our way. I will always rent a car from Enterprise as they are a well-oiled machine!

Takes appropriate steps to resolve issues.

I have been pleased with my previous experiences using Enterprise. This time there was a problem with the car; it would not start in the morning. They sent out a roadside serviceman to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it took over 2 hours. This caused a great deal of stress since it was the day we had scheduled to go to Disney World.
When I returned the car at the end of our trip and briefly explained the issue, there employee was apologetic and immediately offered to issue a partial credit on our rental fees to help make up from the problem. This was good business as it is meant to be done.

I will continue to use Enterprise and recommended them.

Great experience with the Enterprise at the Orlando International Airport. They were friendly and didn't push any add-ons for our rental car at the counter. They even gave us a free upgraded vehicle from a compact car to a cross-over vehicle. The only thing that could have been improved was knowing where to wait for an agent in the garage. It was a little confusing since you didn't wait at the counter and the people at the counter directed you to stand by a pole.

I had really a great experience with enterprise recently. I booked a car on line with them to pick up at Orlando Airport, but when I got to the airport they didn't have the car I booked so I had to upgrade to a higher price one. when I got to my destination I emailed customer service explaining what happened and I was not happy, right away they responded and took the extra fee for upgrading off and I was very happy. thank you enterprise you have a great customer service.

We made the reservation online just a couple of days before our arrival. When we got there, our car was not available. Instead, the representative gave us a free upgrade. The car was clean, very comfortable, and it operated well. The service was nothing but first class. My fiancee and I really appreciate Enterprise.
