I was going through a really hard time in life & was referred to Tom Colter for assistance. Before I made the call to him I received a call from Tom to meet him at his office within a few hours of the referral. Just to know he had taken the time out to call me I knew that he was who I needed to handle my personal case. After this case, I followed up with a divorce case. The calls & text just to see how I was doing made me feel as if I had a friend & not just an attorney. Tom spoke openly to me about making the right decision in my divorce case. He made me think about the long term effect on me, wife & our 2 Wonderful children. Today me, my wife & kids have a very stable relationship even being separated we are unsure of divorce. My wife has Bipolar and lost control while driving. The police forced her off the road. She was charged with DUI, Fleeing to elude among other charges. By the time the charges were tallied my wife was facing 5 to 10 years if taken to trial. The State Prosecutor wanted to make a deal for 3 years. The first attorney we hired wanted to make that deal. I'm sorry but that was unacceptable. Prison for having a medical condition - Bipolar? Seriously? What is this world coming to? We found Tom Colter and at our first meeting we knew he was the one to help our family. He always made time for our many questions. His entire team was at our disposal. In today's "PC world" Tom Colter explained what we were facing, options and after reviewing our case and seeing our situation Tom Colter took our case to trial and won!!! Tom is a hell of a trial lawyer!!! God forbid we ever need an attorney again. If we ever do we will be calling Tom Colter.
