Got there, had no problems from the start. Was greeted and treated fairly. They helped me not only get a new device but also figure out issues with my account. Even showed me deals I didn’t think I could qualify for. With my overall experience I recommend everyone to come here. I give them a 10 out of 10

Had to stop in today to add someone to my plan, and wound up upgrading another phone because of all the deals we got! Janelle was very helpful, and kind. She checked all deals and discounts to ensure Im getting the best price for my plan. At one point she was able to simultaneously assist my group and another efficiently to get us all done in a timely manner. We were practically in and out thanks to Janelle even though we needed to do a few things.

I had visited a few times and wasn't sure if I wanted to switch from Verizon but Nancy took her time and answer all my questions. I finally switch my military account and ended up getting tablets for my parents. Not only was the price was great, the promotion for trading my phones was right up my alley. So if you want true service this corporate location is the place to go. Everyone is eager to help and you don't feel the pressure of having to make a decision tight then and there. But you definitely would switch. Haven't had any issues since I switch 2 weeks ago.

Janelle took her time to help me transfer me from my Verizon plan to a very affordable T-Mobile plan. This location is nothing but professional and the atmosphere is very comfortable and pleasant for any patron that walks in through the door.

I came in with an issue with my iphone xr. Not only were they were able to fix my issue, they looked at my account and told me I qualified for a free 15. Definitely left happy. Nancy Definitely made my day. I recommend this for true customer service

The staff at this T mobile are just awesome. We tried to switch from Verizon using their over the phone system. It didn’t work out for us. We went to the store in Bushnell, Fl and found super friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff. We left with great product and now are saving over $100 a month. Thank you!

Have been a tmobile customer for nearly eighteen years. But the poor service and support I've received in Leesburg and the Villages retail outlets left me on the verge of parting company with T-Mobile. And then I discovered the new Bushnell outlet. Ever visit to that recently opened outlet has been an exceptional customer experience. The team is very customer-centric in attitude and is knowledgeable and highly professional. Store management obviously knows the recipe for building and nurturing team excellence. And the winners are the customers they serve. I am happy to once again have my expectations as a customer exceeded.
