Crabby Joe's Deck & Grill

Had a great experience! My server Kevin was amazing. The view from my table was great from the moment I walked in I felt happy. Ordered the fisherman’s breakfast with Mahi and it was insanely good! Water had no metallic taste and coffee tasted great. Very affordable as well. Loved the waves under our feet. Thanks for an incredible experience.

Drink wise, botanical sprites was my favorite. I had 2, and unfortunately the second one wasn’t as great. No idea why!

We were looking for a tiki bar and found this place. We sat at the bar, with a perfect view if the ocean. There were people surfing and at became an amazing evening. We had calamari and fish fingers, both amazing.

We had a great time here. Our waiter, Brandon, was awesome! The food was really good and the drinks were strong. Parking can be tricky if they are busy. The walk from the street to the restaurant over the boardwalk is scenic. We'll definitely come back again!

We picked Crabby Joe and we are really well rewarded.. more to come.. too busy eating :) promise.
Ok, done with all the crab legs! Verdict is simple: food is really fresh. Fresh seafood taste good themselves. Have the fish grilled instead of deep fried..and two pounds of crab legs is a lot and so enough to share.
Before I forget.. our server George is excellent. He knows how to serve: knows the menu and suggested the best way to cook our fish, very tentative and have a nice friendly smile!

The food and drinks came through pretty good! Nice restaurant with beautiful view of the ocean and you can even go fishing right on the deck if you want to. The bathroom is clean and the servers were super nice. Overall service was a 5 star and I’ll highly recommend this place to you and yours; whenever you’re in this area or thinking about coming this way, you MUST check this out. Who doesn’t like good food and nice service right?

Update: We returned for another conference, and couldn't wait to come back to this restaurant! We weren't disappointed!

Best experience at restaurant I've ever had. Hearing the waves crashing and seeing the ocean around me was amazing! The food was wonderful! Excellent fish! Our server was very personable. This is an experience everyone should have!

I really enjoyed this place! We're visiting Daytona Beach, and went here twice during dinner. We didn't make reservations, and were only worried because we had a party of eleven. They seated us within 20 minutes both times. The first night, they were busy, but managed to juggle the customers well. We waited almost an hour for our food, and although the food was good, the wait was a little much. Our server was good, but didn't check on us a lot, and some of our items were incorrect. After about 40 minutes, the appetizer we ordered still hadn't come out, so we asked, and received it about 5 minutes before our food. She did well considering the traffic, and was friendly.

The second night, we ended up with a server named George, and he was PHENOMENAL!!! We never had to ask for refills on drinks, he just brought them. Our food was hot and fresh, and the entire order was correct. He was extremely polite, attentive, and delivered some of the best customer service I've ever had.

The casual atmosphere invites everyone from t-shirts, jeans, or even a bathing suit and cover-up. We ordered a wide variety of menu items, and all were delicious. Take a light jacket or sweatshirt though, because it can get a little breezy towards the evening. Don't forget to ask for George!!

The atmosphere is great, grabbing a seat by the window in the bar or main area was a highlight of just hanging out. The staff and customers were all friendly. The beach area around it wasn't very crowded and was very clean. Definitely worth visiting again!

Went to Crabby Joe’s on an off-lunch hour with my friends and their dogs. We were told the wait can get long so we showed up sometime between regular lunch and dinner hours on a weekday (you know it’s easy losing track of time on the beach!). Our waiter was friendly and accommodating. We sat outside on the deck and had a lovely view of the shoreline. Crab cake starter was delicious, drinks were filled with (very) sugary goodness, and the seafood special was served quickly. We got the garlic sauce on the side, the garlic/lemon/butter combo was great. Most tender shrimp I’ve had in my life. The meal was NOT cheap but definitely worth the splurge! Highly recommend :)

Great food, great service! Came in at 6pm on a Saturday and was quoted a 45 min wait time. By 6:25, we were seated and our orders were put in. Our server was fantastic. The food was amazing as well. Hubby got blackened snapper and shrimp. I got the blackened chicken sandwich. Everything was great! Also, beautiful views while you eat and from the pier. Would highly recommend!!

An absolutely GREAT spot for drinks or a light bite to eat. The service was great, the margaritas were poured strong and above the salted rim, and the gator bites were amazing!

The breeze and view of the water just made it all even better.

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone that’s going to be in the Daytona beach shores area!

Wonderful beach atmosphere on a small pier. Reasonably priced dishes. Great burgers and seafood. Friendly servers and staff. Make sure you walk through the restaurant to the end of the pier to enjoy the view of the water and the people fishing off the pier.

Awesome view paired with awesome food. It’s so cool to eat in the same place that Casey Webb from Man Vs. Food filmed a challenge. I’m not a big fish guy but their snapper fish was really good! My kids were certain it was chicken lol.

If you are looking for a great view of the ocean. Great food. Great staff. Great pricing. You can't go wrong with Crabby Joe's!! Their food is so good. Their staff is always smiling. The views are beautiful. The gift shop has alot of unique items. Be sure to visit!! I go there to eat or to hang out by the fishing pier. Definitely a bucket list item folks!! Please tip your servers!

The food here is quite good, I had the conch fritters and grilled shrimp with crabcakes, but what puts it over the top is the view!! How awesome to have lunch on top of the waves??? The staff was super friendly and responsive too. Wonderful experience.

LOVED this fun true Florida spot for fresh seafood and icy cold mixed drinks. Beautiful lunch on the water. If you're visiting, make this a destination for casual but truly quality eats and delicious cocktails.

Really cool restaurant perched up high above the water about halfway down a fishing pier. Fried seafood galore. Everything was good and fair priced for this kind of place on the beach. I recommend the calamari and the friend fish. Caesar salad was surprisingly fresh and tasty as well.

I quickly looked up a restaurant and this one was the first thing that appeared for Daytona Beach. I loved the restaurant as it is literally on the ocean. You get great views, great food and awesome service all in one. You may have trouble finding a parking space at lunch but we arrived after, most cars were leaving.

Nice place to eat in South Daytona .
It was a beautiful April night around 6. We ate inside. I loved the decoration inside . Mermaids painted on the ceiling and all the fish. We went down to Ponce Inlet and walked around the lighthouse for a while on the way back from South Daytona we seen this place. It is before you get to the boardwalk in the main part of downtown Daytona.
Nice wooden Pier walk . The restaurant sits over the ocean. there's a gift shop inside. I love how they had tackle boxes for the salt and pepper shakers . It is a really cute restaurant! I really enjoy the food. I had the crab legs and my husband had the chicken it was crowded we didn't have to wait for a seat and the food didn't take long either! My crab legs came out hot! Great service! Nice friendly staff. We will go again next time we're in the area. we hope that you enjoy it as much as we did.❤

Amazing food and service with a great view and a cute little gift shop! Was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint! Very good! My whole family got something different and all of our meals were excellent!
